This company bought up the remaining stock from the defunct Eaglemoss. Since May I have ordered many items from them and have been most pleased. They are accumulating literally thousands of items from 8 different countries, and always email in advance what is coming the next week. In a few emails to them, I have found them to be more professional and courteous than many of the "larger" websites, such as Entertainment Earth, Big Bad Toys, or even Amazon. True it might take a couple of weeks after the order to receive it, but the logistics of what this small company is doing is amazing. Plus they usually have a monthly discount offer available. Contrary to some other reviews on this site, I can highly recommend them ! :)

I ordered from them over a month ago. I still have not received my order. I had an item backordered, but I had to email them several days after it came in before they shipped my order. The tracking has been vague and inconsistent. Every time I ask for an update, they direct me to a different site or app for tracking. These trackers are ad heavy and not reliable, while Master Replicas sends me ad emails daily to buy more. I think they like to soak up ad revenue from various tracking sites, and hope you will buy more from them through constant emails, while not delivering on paid orders. According to tracking, my order is in a completely different part of the country. I order from another British company, Real Merch, and do not have any of these problems. I have asked Master Replicas for a refund, but have not received a reply.

I ordered the Planet Killer. When it finally arrived, no instructions were included as to how to make the model illuminate, which was a major selling point. After several emails to them, they finally told me they had no idea how it worked or where to find instructions. Trial and error i finally figured it out. Master Replicas is just clearing out the remaining inventory from the bankrupt Eaglemoss. The twice weekly drops contain models that have not sold and very rarely anything new. Shipping from the UK takes a very long time due to having to clear customs. Now that more people know about this source, MR is raising prices for nearly all XL series. Email responses take forever, but that is the only method of contact.

Customer Service that Basil Fawlty would appreciate.

Bought two figures for over £200 in the Middle of September after a week I requested an update and was told it could take up to two weeks to ship My fault for not looking at their terms of conditions. Mailed after three weeks, no answer to that messaged again to be told that they don't yet have the items in stock as there have been "shipping issues." Now five weeks from parting with my money there is still no sign of the items and no communication. If I get an update or even if the figures turn up I'll amend my review. If you want uncertainty if something will arrive or even if they have something in stock buy with the prospect of not seeing a return. If you fancy playing Russian Roulette with your money buy with confidence.

I've made 4 orders with this company in the last month and half. 3 have been fulfilled, and just waiting on the fourth. Whilst dispatch hasn't been the fastest, and I haven't had much communication on when my order would be sent (until it actually is), none of my orders have had any problems.

Also, my deliveries have seemed to getting faster from order to dispatch. So I think it's fair to give them a good review.

Ordered four high end figures on 25th September and still not arrived, requested a refund through what the laughingly call customer service, no response and no refund.

Take my advice DO NOT buy from these people.

They send me a suit with patches missing.i first time purchased from their website and my exprience is very bad.Now they are not responding on my calls and on whats app.what is wrong with them .

Ordered a figure four weeks ago, after three was told, "working through backlog!"
In the meantime several "drops" and a September "thank you" discount code...I mean really?
Instead of justifying the lateness of dispatch on warehouse issues, maybe employ more staff or stop taking orders.
Ended up asking for a refund, customer service really quick, but refund will take another 10 working days...absolutely ridiculous.
Unfortunately, they seem to have a captive audience for the products sold and it would appear, in their minds, that they don't have to actually provide a decent service.

Not amazingly fast on delivery and took a month or so to arrive which I did understand could happen on purchase... however Item I purchased was as described, legitimate item and a 3rd of the price of what it was a year ago from another source that sold out. I am extremely happy with my purchase of a trek item

They’re not rapid, they’re not always polished, but MR are a small group of fans doing their best to give fellow fans access to merch scattered around the world that isn’t necessarily easy- or cheap- to get hold of. My experience has always been good, when there has been an issue they have been responsive, it’s a bit of a lottery when a rare item comes up but that’s part and parcel of being a collector. Thank you guys, you’re doing great!

Pre-ordered an item for week commencing 21st August. MR have taken the money and there is no sign of the product. Item is still not in stock according to their website.
Customer services are non-existent and not replying to emails. There is no way to cancel my order and get a refund on their website or through the "Shop" app. Will never use them again!

Placed order over a month ago for what were 'in stock' items. Last two email responses were a whitewash...........'backlog'... 'working through them'....'order still ok'... 'suspending drops to catch up'.. 'be notified in next few days/soon'.....but NADA. No notifications updates or dispatch. They were STILL selling one of my items in the current drop, but mine isn't dispatched? Two further orders now the same. Not sure this isn't a scam or they are about to go into administration?

Since the beginning of August I have made three orders with this company.

The first was placed on the 4th, the second on the 9th, and the last order on the 14th.

While the order placed on the 9th arrived last week and the last order on the 14th was despatched today (or at least listed as, but obviously it's a bank holiday). The first order is still unfulfilled.

Numerous times I have reached out about the order and have been ignored. When things go as planned they seem to be okay, but the moment something goes wrong they go silent.

edit: 2024-02-12 - I ended up cancelling some orders after 60+ days of waiting and silence. I wanted to give a brief update to say that when asking for refunds the company responded to emails same day (or next day if after working hours) and promptly refunded items/orders.

If only their ability to process and send orders or answer general emails were as good as their ability to refund.

I've placed several orders with Master Replicas over the past few months. They usually take a long time to dispatch, but otherwise they're reliable and their deliveries are fully tracked.

Ordered 12 days ago - still not shipped.

I ordered several models from Master Replicas and they were all defective. Per their Limited Warranty & Returns policy, they allow returns for any reason and exchanges for defective items within 30 days of delivery. I emailed them twice (the first time with photos of the defects) within that timeframe to initiate the process but received no response. Now I'm stuck with these models that can't be displayed. This seller should honor their own policies!

Ordered 2 ST ships and received confirmation of order. Told delivery would be July but heard nothing from them for a long time. Awaiting response from my latest attempt to contact them. I will not be ordering any more products until I have safely received the 2 that I have ordered and paid for. Worrying. I hope to be able to amend this review soon with positive news. As promised this is an update: All good, original products received this week in perfect condition and well packaged. So I ordered more Star Trek products and within days I had notification of these being posted!

Début mai, j'ai passé une commande de 2 vaisseaux pour un montant total de 200€. ils ont envoyé la commande en France avec une adresse en Suisse. Depuis je suis sans réponse de leur par que ce soit par mail, Facebook ou Twitter et ils n'on pas de numéro de téléphone pour les joindre. Par contre ils répondent aux futurs clients, expérience faite avec un ami. Je n'ai toujours pas reçu ma commande.

This company charges the same amount for their products with AND without tax (VAT). which is rather scammy. But who cares as long as they make some money? The shipping is also terrible. The package came damaged. I'm pretty sure it was an open box that they resealed (on the factory level - the outer box was untouched). Just stay away from them
