Terrible experience with Maxen Power
Terrible experience with Maxen Power. My final bill is £380.33 for only 15 days, while my previous full-month bill was £367.57.
Because this was my final bill and I was leaving Maxen Power, I am extremely concerned that I was hit with such a high charge at the end of my contract. The £3.99 daily standing charge is also extremely high.
This is not the first time I have received high and incorrect bills from them. Previously, they issued me bills that I disputed. I told them I would take the matter to the Energy Ombudsman, and after that they corrected the bills.
I have all the bills and evidence, and I will be asking them to explain these charges.
Please be very careful with this company and check every bill. I am very happy to have moved to another supplier, but this company has cost me a lot of money. If you want to avoid problems with high bills, think twice before choosing Maxen Power.
