the msr app is absolutely brilliant and would advise anyone on joining up but unfortunately the only thing that lets it down is support and their replies to emails etc i have emailed support regarding the tv panellist as i have a freely tv and was asking it works on freely tv but ive had no reply

I would give this a possible zero star. At first they were doing really well. I was doing jobs and actually getting paid for them. Now they delayed my payments and then suspended my account. I've sent them e-mails and all the e-mails keep coming back with the same auto generated e-mail. This is an untrustworthy company! Spend your time else where!

After reviewing your case, we identified activity that breaches our terms of use, specifically, multiple accounts being operated from the same device and rewards being directed to the same email address across different accounts. We also detected patterns consistent with self-referral. These actions are not permitted, as they undermine the fairness and integrity of the platform for all users that are listed when signing up, and also displayed on our website.
As a result, the account was suspended and any pending payments were placed on hold in line with our policies. We appreciate that receiving automated responses can be frustrating; however, these are used to ensure consistent handling of cases where clear policy violations are identified.
Please note that when rewards are cancelled due to identified fraudulent activity, any data submitted in connection with those actions is immediately excluded and not used for research or data collection purposes.
We take trust very seriously and apply these rules consistently to protect the wider community.

I've been using this app for a few months now and it is legit and payouts are done in 24 hours but the rate of tasks is too low you can at most get only $5 in couple months using this app

Update: it must’ve been a temporary glitch somewhere. I am now able to get into the app. I am notable to get into the app and will be changing my ratingI .have been using the MSR app for sometime now I’ve never had an issue. All of a sudden, over the last few days, I was logged out of my account and now cannot get in despite changing my password, multiple times as well as uninstalling and reinstalling the app. I sent a email to the support area and still have not received a reply. If I have been banned, shouldn’t you at least owe me a reason or an explanation rather than just disconnecting me from everything and not responding to my support email? Bad move MSR, bad move. If you are mass banning ,you at least owe people an explanation.
