I mistakenly ordered hammertoe cushions for the left foot instead of the right. I wanted to return and get the correct cushions but charging a client a 25% restock fee along with return shipping for a $20 order is bad business and I will NEVER order from this company again!

It was pretty simple as always I did was ordered stuff online paid for it and it was shipped to me didn't take long at all Good service.

It took 3 weeks to get my order. At the 2 week mark i contacted company twice but no response.

I placed this order on October 6 2025.I tried calling after a week went by many times no answer and no way to reach anyone. Finally I got through and talked with Steve he said that they were out of stock.I sent emails. Email was received on October 27 2025 five days later still out of stock.That’s 21 days you have had my payment. When I finally received my order it said on the Package Not For Sale in USA.This is a product I needed in a timely fashion which was not the case.l will not use your services again.

Took awhile but item was exactly what i expected and price was competitive.

Theybtake a shipping tracking # as soon as you place the order, to give the customer a false sense of the order being shipped. The product was not handed over to shipper till 9 days later. No one answers the phone and you have to write an email, which is responded after 2 days.

I didn’t have any experience with this company. But the name drew me to them. However, the product came later then I needed. So then on top of that I need to pay back to the company restock fees which to me is outrages. I don’t know if I’ll ever use them again for medical products.

Package delivery took 17 days to be delivered.
NEW JERSEY TO OHIO approximately 600 miles.

I still have not received the package. I live in CA. You delivered it to NY. It’s been over 45 days since I ordered the product. Now I have to claim a refund. I’m mad as hell.

Response time was slow. I had to inquire the status of my order. My payment for the items had been distributed from my account and yet for days I heard nothing from the company. After expressing my concerns, I was issued an acknowledgment and a proposed time for delivery. That too was changed, but I did finally receive the order.

Price was considerably lower than in local pharmacy. THAT alone was a good reason to order. However, you'd better order way in advance. It took just a few days shy of 6 weeks to receive the order. Shipping charges pretty high too on such a small/light package.

It has been almost a month since I placed my order! August 25th to be exact. Notification of shipment was sent on September 16.
It is now September 23rd and I still have NO product or date of delivery!
Apparently your billing practices are far more punctual than your deliveries, as I was all ready charged for the product on my credit card!
I am hopeful that I will receive the test strips before I run out of my current supply!
Your delay times between order, notice of shipment, and then….. NOTHING… no shipment, no product, and most importantly… no receipt of product, is abominable! Rest assured that I will be making a claim with my credit card provider if U don’t receive my diabetic strips in short order!!!

Inquiry response on 8/20 offered no date of delivery.
Asked again on 9/5 where order was with NO RESPONSE.
