We got through a lot of material really it took a long time way more than when I first signed up for Medicare Advantage it's almost ridiculous the time an hour on the phone to sign up for your Medicare Advantage plan but the agent was really cool and he understands stood that I didn't want to hang on the phone for an hour and a half I'd already been on the phone an hour the day before and that process didn't get finalized so I had to call back anyway my rep was really good he was patient and he was thorough and it's done that's the important thing thank you
