AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
If I could, I would give this clinic a rating lower than one star. We had a terrible experience with them four years ago when my girlfriend and I received treatment for an accident and paid around 3,000 EURO on the next day before we checkout. We thought everything was settled until the clinic contacted us eight months ago, claiming that we still owed them 800 euros. We've been fighting with them over the phone ever since, but they continue to insist that we owe them money.
The most frustrating part of this whole ordeal is that we have provided them with all the necessary documentation and proof of payment, yet they still refuse to acknowledge their mistake. It's shocking to see how persistent they are in pursuing a false debt, and it's even more disappointing to see how they treat their customers.
I would strongly advise anyone against seeking treatment at this clinic. They lack transparency and honesty, and they will not hesitate to claim false debts even after several years. Please be wary of their practices and avoid becoming a victim like we did.
