Yep it's a scam, they take your money but don't send you what you ordered, they don't reply to enquires, probably not even a company

I tried the device for two weeks and decided to return it. It did not work for me. When you ask for refund, they make you jump through hoops. e.g. Reason why? Then you need to pay the postage to return the product. After 3 weeks no refund. But today, they advised me of a $26 refund, instead of the list price of $75. This company is a scam!

After charging, I pressed the power button (you have to keep it depressed for about 5 seconds to power on). No matter how often I pressed the + sign nothing! It takes ages to get a response from customer service by email - there is no telephone number - and the customer has to pay for return shipping of a defective product.
Don't even consider buying this as after checking independent reviews this has way more negatives online than positives.

After 2 days they said I could return it but refuse to give me return instructions as they promised twice. I file a complaint with the BBB and if they can't resove it I will file a claim, including ALL expensed in small claims court. I beat Apple and they settled and this will be even easier:

This is modern day snake oil It did absolutely NOTHING to help me sleep. Customer service was useless as well. WHEN, not if, you decide to return it, YOU pay shipping, and then they claim they didn't receive the product back. So, don't buy it. Period.

I've been trying to return my chill pill and get a refund. I'm still awaiting a response. I have emailed them about three or four times.

I ordered the chill pill back on March 7th. They provided a false tracking number. I have reached out several times asking for a refund. They refuse to refund me, and are now no longer responding to messages. DO NOT SHOP HERE IT'S A SCAM!!!

Piece of crap dies. Don’t waste your $$$ and fall for their scam. Who can really fall asleep holding something in their hand. They won’t refund you also!

The Chill Pill did NOT work - the "pulse" was so faint it was barely detectable. I sent at least 4 emails to their support link and asked for a replacement, return, or full refund within 2 weeks of receiving it. I received no response, no refund, no replacement. Chill Pill site has no phone number, no means of contacting them and they told my credit card provider that I had not registered any complaints. Do not buy this worthless product from this company who will not stand behind their product.

My original review: The chillpill worked once, then died. Unfortunately, the device will not turn on or recharge. I'm out $60. What a waste. I received an email from the company. They asked me to do a couple of things including holding the on button for 2 seconds. This worked. My apologies to chillpill. It does work.

I bought the chill pill and it did not work. When I returned it, the Company did not refund my money. They responded to my first email asking about returns and then NEVER responded to my next 4 emails asking for my refund. I shipped the product back to their address and then silence and no refund. SCAMMERS. Do not buy this product from this company.

I purchased 2 units one for my husband one for my daughter. my husbands unit stopped working in the first week. My daughter said she did not get any relief and gave it back to me. When I got her unit I charged it and found it didn't work either. I have attempted to return but I cannot get any return labels. I ordered these on October 19 so I am now at the 60 day return point... but with out the return labels I am just SOL.

item doesn't work - meaning it is defective. Won't turn on. Have been going back and forth with customer service for weeks, wrote them THREE times before they even responded, then they respond with 'keep the item and we'll give you 50% refund'... um, the item is DEFECTIVE - why would I want to keep it? Finally, after SO much back and forth, I get them to say they will give me a full refund, but they expect ME to pay to ship it back when they shipped me a defective product... ?
Total money grab and terrible customer service. Hoping to save others the grief, time and money. Unbelievable.

I was very excited to test this product but the product doesn’t work. It seems to be a scam company selling products that don’t work at such high prices.. I don’t recommend.

When I reported that my Chill Pill did not vibrate at all, they said that they would send me one that had been tested personally. The second one arrived and it also does not vibrate at all!

I would not recommend this company to anyone. I got my order buy need to return it. Its says you need a returns authorisation and to email to get it. I've done this several times and used thr contact us page on their website. I've had no response to any. DONT order from them they've got no customer service skills. Plus the picture is not what I received different shape.

I ordered a chill pill in April, received it in May but did not receive the teal extra cover which I had paid for. When I contacted the company I was advised the teal was out of stock but could have purple. Three emails and an un answered phone call I still have not received it. I like the chill pill but am disappointed with the lack of support.

First order of 2 did not vibrate at all, anywhere. Returned for a replacement and I had to pay shipping, adding more expense. Second shipment works but very hard to find a spot on my body where it will work. No miracles at all. Plus, one of my Chill Pills does not have increase/ decrease buttons that work. Save your money.

When I received mine it did not work. I contacted them via email and they replied with something to try with it. I did it, still did not work. Emailed them. No response. Sent it back. It was returned to sender. What a joke!

Product does not work for me. I have requested return information & it has been received. Will return product as instructed & hope for refund.
