Technician was early and was able to fix the issue quickly. He kept me informed of what was happening throughout .

They solve my issues in a very timely manor. And are very friendly and can speak English which is very important to me.
Definitely like it for the most part, but tried to work with you and are old supplier to keep our land line and got a run around from both you and broadband on keeping it.
Haven't had consistent phone service in the 15 months we've been with Mercury wireless. Multiple support tickets submitted. Two months ago called to cancel phone service and reduce the Internet plan. It did not happen. Called customer service again and they offered a $20 credit for what should've been $129 credit.
Internet service isn’t as good as it was when I signed up for it. It keeps getting slower. Now you want to raise my monthly fee.
WHEN I CALLED TO TALK TO A PERSON THE LADY THAT ANSWERED THE PHONE WAS EASY TO UNDERSTAND WHEN TALKING AND WAS QUITE HELPFUL
When I look at a site and it directs me to another link it won’t pull the other link up. Sometimes it just freezes up and won’t do anything. Last night I wanted to see a video on you tube and it said the connection to the internet was lost, then I tried to look at google and it wouldn’t pull up. I’m very aggravated and now my latest bill increased $10. Outrageous!
It's great, I just wish you had tech super 24/7. Everytime our internet goes out it's after hours or weekends then we have to wait.
