We have had great coverage. In the times we do experience trouble, Mercury is quick to respond.
Was no met at scheduled time. Did not receive explanation for service issue and subsequently charged for a service call.
as a business we have many day that we can not dial long distance. We have scheduled a repair for three months and I get a text saying they will be here and it gets rescheduled. WE ARE STILL WAITING. I would give zero stars if that is a option.
Even though you are a small company you are always trying to improve.
When we first got the Internet last year, it was good. They said we were close to their tower & we had excellent coverage. Since then, we went from immediate connecting to 5-15 min. to get connected. We've had to call 4 or 5 times to fix connection problems. Not sure what happened.
Mercury responded to any requests made during the installation process. So far after about 9 months of service there have been hardly any temporary interruptions of service
no loss of power, service responds promptly and billing is no problem. really good to have perfect company service...previously had different companies through the years and always problems. five star please remain 5 star. thank you.

If I need to call the office for questions or support, the Mercury team is always very helpful and timely in addressing questions.
I thought there would be a noticeable difference going to fiber but the only difference has been the price.
When the fiber went down it took them a couple of days to fix.
They will only take auto pay directly for your bank account.

We’ve used mercury for over a year. And 2 months ago upgraded to their fiber optic service. Super happy. Service is great, their tech and install guys are great. Couldn’t be happier
I had a stroke last July. So, no one was here using the internet. i was in the hospital for 7 weeks then to a nursing facility for 2 months then off to 2 rehab centers. Most of that time I wasn't conscious and didn't have a phone. So even though my contract with Mercury was on a month to month basis I was charged over and over. I had a guardian during that time, it was her duty to act as my fiduciary. She did not do that. Mercury still charged me wrongly for those months , wrongly ignoring the fact that I had a monthly................contract that should have been canceled after month 1.
We had it installed in March 2024 and before we had Fronteir and if anyone who lives in the country can relate it went out almost every week,with Mercury we so far only loose service once a month probably due to updating the systems, we stream and have devices that need WiFi and no lagging or delays, so except for the beginning of the month we really appreciate Mercury's service.
That the system has been up and is reliable. As you probably know this was not the case early on about a year ago when it was terrible thanks for making it reliable now.
