She was always professional and prompt for any enquiries, also cheerful and attentive whenever we contacted with her, or met her on viewings. Thoroughly enjoyable experience, was greeted by a well presented young lady, (Katie) on time at the address I was viewing.

Very polite, good sense of humor and informative, directly answering most questions and if unable to, was a min or two at most before she could.

Was comfortable and enjoyed the experience, some agents seem more sales driven which is understandable to a degree, as that's the objective but can seem less interested in ones needs etc or seem to apply pressure at times.

Didnt experience any of that, was asked what I needed/looking for, shown an interest in my personal circumstances,
given the answers and info to any questions i had and was a nice experience.

So far so good, myself, my partner and our two close friends with children have used meridian to find ourselves a good place to live that accepts animals. We came across a property we fell in love with and are going through the process to rent it. We are at the referencing stage and have so far received great treatment and understanding from our estate agent Katie and also help from Nicole. It is refreshing to be able to discuss such stressful matters with people that are so calm and happy. I hope everything works out for us in our new home and if you are reading this looking for recommendations then look no further, you've found the estate agents for you!

So far so good. We have recently used the Poole Branch for renting a new property. It’s nice to find an efficient , reasonable, friendly and professional estates agent, We couldn't ask for more. The letting agent Joshua Vaughan went above and beyond to assist us during the whole process. Wouldn’t hesitate to use this branch again or recommend it.

They don't just help the seller but also help the buyer. Leah was amazing and did a lot to help as she knew that i really wanted the place that i now live in. And i really do appreciate what she did for me.

Have been looking for a new place for a few weeks now and was finding it really hard to get straight, honest advice from other agencies but Josh from the Charminster Road branch helped me so much with any questions and I can't praise him enough. He was such a lovely, helpful and up front agent - Meridian are a great agency, and I cannot recommend them enough.

After being a landlord, being a tenant and also working within the industry myself for the past 15 years I can genuinely say this is the worst agent I have ever had the misfortune to come across. Shady behaviour regarding returning deposits. Incompetent, untrained, lying staff. The list could go on and on. Without sharing private information on our tenancy all I can really say is we had the worst tenancy period of our lives whilst with Meridian. Don’t even get me started on the property management service they provide!!! On a final note - If you like being told “sorry she/he is busy on the other line” every time you ring up to discuss something then by all means go for Meridian! I wish you the best of luck
