Katie Stone was helping me to find a new property to rent and whilst I found a new home via another letting agent, I can’t praise Katie Stone enough.

She was the only Lettings Negotiator that I engaged with that really took on board what I was looking for, she suggested many properties to view and always thought outside the box to try and meet all of the needs I had re storage, rooms, parking etc. She really cares about her clients, that’s obvious and such a breath of fresh air! Not the usual ‘oh yeah, just keep an eye on Rightmove’ approach.

Meridien have found tenants for me for many years now. Emma has been incredible. She clearly has plenty of experience in the business, knows the legislation and advises me accordingly. She is always professional and completely understands the types of tenants I hope for and finds them, with remarkable speed. The team behind her are excellent and proactive too. Their admin is very efficient and responses to any questions quick. What more does a landlord need? I highly recommend them for Lettings, both for landlords and tenants.

The only reason I haven't given 5 stars is I haven't yet rented or purchased a property through Katie. However so far she has gone above and beyond, hopefully resulting in the perfect home. From my experience so far I would most certainly recommend to people.

Meridian estate agents have deceived and lied to us! We asked prior permission from members of Meridian staff of a request for a 2nd puppy at the property prior to signing our tenancy, we were told the landlady was happy to have us as tenants and proceed with the tenancy and our puppy. With in days of having our puppy we were told that the landlandy wanted us to rehome our puppy or we would be served an eviction notice. As a family we were devastated and could not understand what had changed? We believe the landlady was never informed by Meridian of our request in the first instance to have a puppy. They then proceeded to deny all knowledge of our conversations between us and themselves requesting our prior permission for a puppy and being further granted permission by Meridian.
We are paying high end rent for a property that is not as marketed everything has gone wrong with the property including no working heating through the coldest months and a large leak in the main bathroom and no working oven. We have been left several months without repair to the bathroom so we were unable to use the bath/shower or have a working oven., the heating is still not working in certain parts of the house! They ignore most correspondence and reports of maintenance repairs at the property and fail to do as they say which has now left us in a home that is no way as described! Stay well clear! We are in the process of taking legal action against Meridian & our landlady for there lies and the dis repair to the property!!

Danie allowed us all the time we needed to look around the property we were interested in. She answered all the questions she was able to and got back to us when she said she would. The offer/acceptance was completed very quickly as was all the necessary paperwork. We would recommend Danie and Meridian for property purchase.

Meridian have been professional, thorough, enthusiastic, friendly, accomodating and attentive from the outset. Both Leah and Danie have worked really hard in securing a buyer for our property. We are also purchasing from meridian.
Nothing is too much trouble. I'm so glad we choose to sell our property with meridian, I really don't think we would have had the same results if we went with another agent.

From the moment Leah came round to give us a valuation through until the offer we hope to exchange contracts on soon; the service provided has been flawless.
Danie was brought on board as soon as we agreed to go on to the market with meridian and between them they have been amazing at keeping us up to date, feeding back following each viewing & getting viewings through the door so soon after Christmas.
Getting hold of either of them was never an issue and response to emails was always prompt.
We would both highly recommend using meridian and would use them again in a heartbeat.
