Meridian Estate Agents

Danie was really clear and helpful. We felt that she listened to our needs and likes. We hope to see her again on a future viewing as we progress in our house buying journey.

Leah was so easy to deal with, when I was looking for a property nothing was to difficult. She was so helpful. Would highly recommend meridian!

Very good, professional and helpfull Parkstone team, especially Leah who supported us many times in the process of buying our new house.Thx Leah

Excellent service as always from Meridien.

We've worked with Emma for a number of years now with several properties and cannot fault the service.

Excellent updates and always a happy voice!

Very professional team and would highly recommend. Will use again.

Leah, at Meridian Estate Agents Parkstone Branch, is always available, utterly professional and puts a very human touch on all communications we have had together. I cannot recommend this particular person enough - she is professional, courteous and always ready to help with any queries / concerns. Worth a lot more than 5 stars!

Excellent service as always from Meridien.

We've worked with Emma for a number of years now and cannot fault the service.

Used Meridian before and will do again.
First class service in all Departments.

Katie at Meridian was so helpful and even after my first rental fell through at the last minute she kept in touch.

Eventually everything has worked out so a big thank you to Katie.

Joshua was knowledgable, helpful and professional. All interactions with Meridian have been smooth and pain-free. They helped us find the perfect rental property.

My husband and I had a great experience with Meridian Estate Agents (All credit to Katie Stone) We were seeking a new property for almost 4 months and upon meeting Katie we viewed 3 houses all shown by her. She was so professional yet reassuring, we also had a deadline to complete our paperwork and she ensured this was done for us in a very short time from start to finish dispite Christmas being in the midst of it all.

I would 100% recommend Meridian and Katie to anyone needing someone who is not only attentive but also displays excellent customer service skills.

Thank you so much

Katie Stone was such a pleaseant and helpful to lovely Lady, she made me feel so at ease and was exstremly informative reference the property details. 5 stars, Great Team. Happy all round. Thank you

I am so pleased with the way everything was conducted, from my first telephone conversation, meeting Danni and Leah. They were so friendly, helpful and professional. I asked for transparency and that is exactly what they gave me. I have been kept up to date, feedback has been prompt. I have recommended they to a couple of friends that are thinking of selling.
I cannot thank them enough

Very helpful, friendly staff who help make a stressful time easier highly recommend

charge £30 to refund your own money if you pay it twice on accident,
when handing in my notice i was given a date to move out which was perfect so arranged to move into my new place and then say a couple of days later they got the date wrong by a whole month when i have already agreed a move in to somewhere else,

they charge for everything and supply you with incorrect information.

I cannot rate Meridian Estate Agents highly enough. Their service has been impeccable. They are professional, articulate and know their profession 200%. They mediate without necessity, help, always happy to help, nothing is too much trouble and are basically just outstanding. All the team are brilliant but for my recent rental - James, Gareth and Joshua have done the industry proud.

Exellent!!!! Joshua and James were very nice and explain everything leaving me and my husband with no doubts about renting our place with them! Service was espetacular!!! Highly recommend!

We completed the purchase of our first home in early November 2018. Having had a disappointing experience with other estate agents in the area we were pleasantly surprised to meet the lovely team at Meridian's office on Ashley Road in Poole.
Our estate agent for the property was Leah, someone whom I cannot recommend highly enough. Throughout the sale process Leah and her colleague Tracey kept us well informed and provided honest, accurate guidance.
As first time buyers we found the buying process somewhat overwhelming but Leah took the time to talk us through the standard reports and provided an unbiased opinion on issues that arose with the surveys.
One of the main things we really appreciated about our experience with Meridian was that Leah was happy to listen to our needs as buyers. This approach meant that she could matched us to our perfect home and to the right seller. A stark contrast to agents we met elsewhere who were solely focussed on the seller's needs and their desire to make a sale.
Meridian's honest approach has restored our faith in the house buying experience and we would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

Booked a valuation, not yet ready to sell. Out of the 4 agents I had out, I found Ben to be the most professional and knowledgeable. I was surprised at the difference in valuations given by all 'property experts'. Ben had prepared a comparable report to show me, which explained his valuation to which I had agreed. When I decide to sell, I would 100% be using Meridian and would definitely recommend their services to date.

We were fortunate to meet Emma Ford and thanks to her enthusiasm, professionalism and connections she helped us find tenants for our property within a week.

I would highly recommend the service from Meridian and in particular Emma based on our experience.
