Meridian Estate Agents

Meridian (and Emma in particular) have been exception in their assistance to me as a landlord. Able to provide realistic valuations, contacts for when work needs doing and generally being helpful (plus they have found tenants within short time frames, which makes a big difference in terms of avoiding void periods).

We have used Emma for many years now and have always been over the moon with her proactive and professional approach. I love the fact I can just contact her, let her have the existing tenants contact details and she takes over from there, next thing I know it’s let and always with an excellent standard of tenant. Emma is very knowledgable in all areas and is always happy to help with whatever the query/problem may be.
I would highly recommend.

Meridian has been letting out some of my apartments in Bournemouth for about 10 years. They are now handling the sale of these and others that have been let through a different agency.

The staff have always been very helpful and professional on both sides of the business, and their friendly style has made it a pleasure to be their customer all this time. Of particular note are Taya Cornick and Ben Irvin on the sales team who have helped negotiate better deals for me.

Thanks to all of the team at Meridian and best wishes for our continued partnership.

Great experience working with meridian and Taya has been fab. So far a excellent experience, quick responses and helpful throughout.

Dealt with a few of the ladies in the office arranging viewings. Always very friendly and chipper! There was some confusion cancelling a viewing recently, but finally saw the property with Danie and were impressed by the viewing carried out.

Excellent and efficient service. Friendly and knowledgeable Agent who was very helpful to us. Very professional. Thanks

I would highly recommend Danie and the team at Meridan. Danie was a delight at the initial viewing answering all my questions and not rushing the viewing which I have experienced in the past. It was lovely to speak with a normal person who let the property speak for itself without a sales pitch. The rest of the team have been wonderful in their communications after and I would not hesitate in recommending the company to anyone looking for a property.

My experience with Emma Ford has been nothing but seamless... Emma is not only professional and knowledgeable but also personable, any problem is resolveable and hastle free which makes for a worry free service.

Meridian has taking really serious about purchase our first home and even they have indicated a great advisor team. I believe that our process will be smooth because we have an excellent team looking after that. Thanks Leah for this 👍🏻

Miss Cornick quickly recognised the requirements of our company and provided information and properties that fitted our needs. A very competent service was provided.

Absolutely great customer service and very careful and informative agent named Joshua helped us out to find the perfect flat! He even stayed longer at work in order to sort us out! Outstanding and not very common with Estate Agents nowadays....

I reccommend Katie Stone for her outstanding service , she very kindly helped my children & i find a new home under difficult curcumstances nothing was too much trouble for her , she explained everything in great detail for me which was wonderful thankyou Katie you are a great asset to your company x

I’ve been dealing with emma through meridian for many years, I’ve always found her to be very enthusiastic, keen, helpful and bubbly., she clearly thoroughly enjoys her work, which is of course a bonus.
Emma’s is Excellent at finding the the right tenants in a very good timescale and buyers, she has efficiently dealt with both scenarios for me. This is of course very important from a landlords point of view with many mortgages and overheads to pay.
Emma has proved to be an excellent negotiator and brilliant at dealing with tenant disputes and problems .
I would highly recommend her for both letting and selling.

Many thanks for your help letting my property, Joshua was very helpful and kept us informed throughout.

I have done several viewings through meridian over the last month whilst trying to find my first home. The sales team were very helpful and really considered my needs. Taya really stuck out with her professional approach. Highly recommend!

First class service. Quick sale, good administrative support.

I have recently sold my house through Meridian estate agents and was very happy with the excellent service i received from Taya and the sales team there. It was smooth process from the moment Taya got my offer accepted to the moment i had a call saying my purchase had been completed. Taya was always on hand to answer any questions or queries i had regarding the sales process and as this was my first property, i had quite a few! The team were very knowledgable and genuine and i would defiantly recommend them to anyone that wanted to buy or sale.

I recently sold my house through Meridian and felt the service and the professionalism shown from the team and in particular Ben Irvin was exemplary. My property was listed with two other agents for just over 4 months when I received a note from Ben to say that he could achieve a better level of service than what I was receiving.

I was hesitant listing it with three agents so I followed Ben's advice and went sole agency with Meridian. This turned out to be the right move as a fresh approach, better quality marketing materials and the tenacious and pragmatic approach Ben adopted in selling my property resulted in an offer and ultimately an exchange within 12 weeks.

Ben was also able to manage the chain I was in which meant that I could move to the house that was at the top of my list and to ensure my buyer followed through with their mortgage offer and survey in a timely fashion.

Overall, a very happy customer and when I decide to move again (which hopefully wont be for a while), I will certainly be looking to use Ben and his team again. Regards, Martin.

Five star agency
I have been letting my property through Meridian for over two years. They let (and re-let) it very quickly and at a great price. Emma and the team are so accommodating and helpful - they always have your best interests at heart and that's really important as a landlord. They are professional and continually strive to get you the best deal. Emma is also extremely personable. I would hands down recommend this agency to anyone looking to let or rent a property.
