Fatima. Entendemos su descontento. Lo que no entendemos es que despues de haber hecho varias ordenes en nuestra tienda, nunca nos haya dejado un buen review. Pero si tuvo el tiempo para dejarnos esta resena con el primer error que cometimos y el cual usted nos dejo saber por email y al cual se le contesto deciendole que le ibamos a enviar el producto que por error nuestra bodega de envios no coloco en su orden. Gracias de todos modos por su interes en seguir comprando los productos que comercializamos.

De acuerdo a esa informacion su compra fue entregada. Si nostros no recibimos una llamada, email o meseje de texto dejandonos saber que la informacion del tracking del servicio postal no es correcta, nosotros no tenemos manera de saber que usted no recibio su compra.
