My first order from Method Shop, not impressed
Order tampered with by the courier. My order 1845898 was placed on 05Aug2023 and only three of the four products I ordered actually arrived. The box had clearly been opened en route and the laundry detergent removed. There was no sign of a leak on the remaining products or packaging. Not particularly impressive for my first order from Method Shop.

Poor Customer Service
I've bought method for a decade, work and home. We were once given a lovely hamper of the product range after sending them feedback from work. After the forth or fifth successive handsoap where the pump didn't work..I contacted method..as I'd been switching working ones from the old one but losing product in the process. This final time I hurt my hand trying to get it to release. I contacted kindly and explained; was asked for the digits on the back of the last 4 I ordered. Shared that. Waited days for an email that said "sorry about that". Sigh. Loyalty destroyed ..if that is the customer service standard then don't waste customer time. Searching for another product not Ecover as they are the same company. Disappointed

I am new to this product
I am new to this product, put onto it by my daughter. I wanted to use a kinder product. I am thrilled with the glass cleaner. Best one ever. The other products are good as well. Found the cost of the washing liquid a bit pricey though. All in all a nice company with good ethics.

Great products
I use method products for years now. I love the detergent&softner for laundry, washing up liquid and the daily shower spray. I use also the anti-bacterial spray. With this order I got the body wash for first time and it is very fresh.

Good Methods
I ordered the Glass for Good refillable bottle, it came beautifully presented in a gift box and filled with the lovely scented sweet water hand wash. Yes, it’s a bit pricy for a bottle of hand wash, but being able to refill and reuse is great and it does look very nice.
I also ordered a sweet water refill bottle and the granite cleaning spray which is absolutely fantastic and works a treat.
The ordering process is easy with fast delivery and all packaging recyclable.
Overall I’m very happy with my purchase and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Method and their products.

Great clening products
I love method products, I love the fact that they are plant based, not hamful to the environment and not harmful to inhale them.
They clean well and smell wonderful!
My all time favourite is the Green Tea + Citrus washing-up liquid, and the coconut water washing-up liquid.
We use the daily kitchen cleaner in Clementine or Levander, and we use the bathroom cleaner in eucalyptus mint.
The only downside is the price. They are more expensive then other products with chemicals, but I love them so much I don't mind paying more for an environmentally friendly product.
