I am very pleased with the service provided by Fabulosa. I mistakenly ordered the wrong item, and they promptly changed it for me and offered reassurance. When I asked for advice on which product to use for a specific task, they helped me select the right one. Nothing seems to be too much trouble for them. However, I would recommend using email for communication, as I haven’t been able to reach them by phone yet, but that may just be due to my timing. Fab products, fab staff. Thank you!!!

Always a good experience ordering and receiving my Fabulosa orders. I especially like the air freshener refils and my favourites are Electrify and Fresh Breeze. Excellent price and fast delivery. No need to go shopping and look for them on the shelves.

Received order. Of quite a few Fabulosa kitchen sprays etc. around a dozen. Lids were loose on some so contents leaked into the plastic inner of the box. I also ordered a pet spray lot which was supposed to be boxed like it is in supermarkets. No it was loose this was supposed to be a gift !! As it should have been in the box Would have been a nice gift. I emailed Fabulosa two weeks ago no reply. I emailed again recently still no reply,order number 921117 my first email was sent 30th sept it states you aim to reply within 48 hrs would that be a mistake and you actually reply in 48 weeks I ask ??

There reply says it’s been discussed and resolved ! No it hasn’t been discussed and resolved !

I cannot express how disappointed I am with my experience with Fabulosa

As a first-time customer, I placed a very large order and was really looking forward to receiving it. However, I received a notification to say that half of my order had been damaged and would not be delivered.

I then spent over a week emailing you, trying to find out what had happened and when the missing items would be refunded. I received no meaningful response, just what appeared to be automated replies. It was only when I advised that I would be raising a dispute with my credit card provider that I finally received a response.

Even then, I was asked to confirm which items were missing, which I promptly did. That was over a week ago, and I am still waiting for my refund.

I genuinely like your products, which makes this experience all the more disappointing. However, the customer service I have received has been extremely poor. Having to repeatedly chase a company for updates and a refund for goods that were never delivered is simply not acceptable.

I would strongly encourage Fabulosa to review its customer service processes, particularly how damaged orders, missing items and refunds are handled. You risk losing customers who genuinely like your products because of the way their problems are dealt with.

As a first-time customer, this has certainly not given me confidence in ordering from you again. I am still extremely unhappy with how this has been handled, and I would appreciate my outstanding refund being resolved without any further delay.

This stuff stinks so bad. Once you smell it you know it the moment you go into a place that uses it. It lingers too.

Such a great company that rewards you for the more products you buy. I hope they never sell out of wild rhubarb as the scent is so nice and I will keep buying as long as they have it in stock.

Delivery was really quick and everything arrived as ordered. It was well packaged so no spillages etc. all products were of good quality and will definitely order direct again!

Got some dog disinfectant it smells like overly

Still awaiting delivery after nearly 3 weeks. Tried emailing, tried web form, tried calling. No reply to anything! No products, first order from them. Very disappointed

Didn't receive any spray nozzles for 5 products!! The products smell gorgeous but I can't even use them as all I got were screw lids. I emailed a few days ago to ask if they can rectify the issue and send me the missing pumps but got no response and judging by the rest of the reviews, I probably won't get a reply. It's a shame because the products themselves are great.

So pleased with my order. I was a little wary about placing an order after reading some of the reviews but thought I'd take the chance and really glad I did. The order arrived within a few days, everything was exceptionally well packaged and arrived with Royal Mail. The smells are amazing and I can't wait to start cleaning tomorrow (how did that happen?) It's worth checking some of the negative reviewers other comments, some of them seem to be serial negative reviewers.

Bought a lot of products washing and drying products disinfectant they are all fake it’s a scam company you may as well buy water and a pkt of tissues as they will have the same fragrance I have tried every way possible to contact them and the phone is a scam as well it’s not manned it gives you the standard options but no one is there I’m about to contact trading standards don’t waste your money

Everything that I received was amazing especially the clothes liquid washing the clothes in the washing up liquid smiled absolutely fantastic and the perfume that you put into the drawer of the washing machine is second to none your clothes smell beautiful for days and days.
The room spray is fantastic. The room smells amazing not just straight away but it stays for awhile.

The tablets that you’re dropping into the toilet make the toilet smell beautiful and clean it’s really well
overall I’m absolutely thrilled with everything that I had thank you.

Excellent service and excellent prices. I purchased a couple of different scents to try. Some i like and some less so but at those prices it was easy to do that. I know which ones i like now so will make it easier for purchaing in the future. My favourite is the no1 scent. It is lush and 8s stronger and lasts longer than the premium brand i was paying a subscription for. Now a fan favourite

Placed a big order it went missing so they sent me another order out and the bottles had all leaked can’t get a response from them and no one ever answers the phone . To your reply Fabulosa I have emailed several times no one is bothered
