Good customer service.
I ordered 4 nail plates and there were only 3 in the box when they arrived. I could see from the box though that one had slipped out of it in transit. I contacted Metro and they immediately sent a replacement - no questions asked.

Good products, expensive delivery
Good products, good service - but postage kills it as I live in teh Highlands. Small items cost more to post than buy. Could you not use Royalmail on smaller items like many others?

While our chosen couriers are more expensive, their deliveries are more reliable, meaning our customers get their goods when they need them and receive the quality service they have come to expect from us.
