I have a website with mettrr that is now screwed up and does not look professional. I contacted mettrr to fix it and half way through, they said the were leaving the office for the day and would get back with me at a later date. Meanwhile my website is online looking ridiculous. I called them yesterday to update my payment card, but that went very well with the same customers service people who left the office for the day today when I needed their help the most.
I am looking for another web designer who has decent customer services. The customer service here is horrible.

I tried to make a website myself, but I was useless at it. I found Mettrr and they made it really easy and helped me through the whole process. excellent low cost company for small businesses

one star is too much to give for the service i receive! I have asked several times to make changes, takes long long time and when it is done it is WRONG!They took the money and they are not taking responsibility for doing their job completely wrong! no skills, neither professional,developer or communication skills. They came with an excuse when I asked for refund in the beginning that I accepted the terms and conditions. Yes I have for the service I have been promised to get and I never have!These things are two sided.Not wasting my money i gave another go,Also they said they will look after me, nothing has changed they even asked me to pay for extras when asked changes and again the little changes weren't good also the ones which were good they changed to wrong ones.
I am upset, and stay away from them. I will speak out loud everywhere on social media to save little businesses money, time and stress!

We payed mettrr in advance for a year to build us website for our company. In the beginning they seemed like professional company. Half way through the process it turned that they cannot make a simple change with few words on a homepage (request was made for two words, bolded and boxed). After multiple calls and reassurance that they will fix, absolutely nothing happened. We were with mettrr for about 2 months and deeply regretted for doing business with mettrr. I have impression that they don't care much about customers. They ping ponged us with phone calls for about 2 weeks. Every time you call them ‘this phone call may be recorded for quality purposes’...what quality? We were promised a call back and nobody called. Website is unfinished. Now when we decided to cancel our contract we found that there are no $ return, we been with Mettrr for 2m and payed them for a whole year. We have to find and pay someone else to finish our website. What bothers us is complete ignorance about clients money and time.
Somebody was payed salary at Mettrr but definitely did not earn it.

I think Mettrr offers the best value for money on the internet. I am very satisfied with end result. Best of all you won't get emails or calls trying to sell you something you don't need.

Mettr has given me one of the best websites out there customer service is top- notch when you contact them they are there right away to take care of every situation you bring to them and they are fast and responsive

I gave this site for stars stars so that people would look at the review. I was very dissatisfied with the way mettrr performed. I had them for over two months and the website never showed up on the Internet and I couldn't get the people at mettrr to call me back. They didn't listen to what I wanted on my site and the site went in different directions, it just didn't seem to work for me! I hope that maybe it works for you but if you want to take a chance it's all up to you. My business did poorly the whole time and that's very bad considering I was trying to build more clients. In this whole thing I have decided to go with a local website builder so that I don't have to wait 3 hours before they wake up and get to work being I was on the east coast and they were on the west coast little food for thought.

So good to talk to someone about websites issues.
However too many staffs calling and sending different emails at different times repeating the same thing or not realizing that the issue has been resolved...and resending the same email can be confusing.

I am a mettrr customer and have paid my money. I am totally shocked at the incredibly poor and down right rude and insolent attitude of this company. After about 3 months I have no website. The customer service phone line hasn't worked for about 2 weeks (but the sales line gets answered????) People promise calls back and never do. On line Chat teams just ignore you. I can back all this up with dates, times and names.I really don't know what to do next????. shocking shocking shocking. If anyone from mettrr reads this can you contact me via e-mail please. (thinks, no faith, it'll never happen).

Horrible service, never will deliver on what they tell you. Please don’t waste your valuable time, effort or energy trying to get it for the lower cost. Cheap is never better, Especially with this Mettrr technologies firm, they are no good period. The lie to you from start to finish. I am forced to use my attorney to fight to get all my money back from this company, I am clueless of how they are still in business.

There were some technical issues at Mettrr which made slow going at first. Once fixed I was blessed to have good communications and responsiveness from Anais and others that made the experience deserve full stars.

The customer service was really helpful. To be honest I expected this to be a scam but I was surprised by the professionalism the people display!

Starting a company and creating a website was very frustrating. I contacted Mettrr and they took all the frustrations of having to create a website away and my website is awesome.

Fast, professional and responsive. They worked with me until website went live in May and they are still helpful to tidy it up. Websites are not done in 1 day I have come to learn and the owner needs to spend time with the builders to customize your needs

Took me a little longer but liking the results
