I am really frustrated with this company there have been problems every step of the way. The initial draft was the complete opposite of what I wanted and I put through a complaint. I had to send them word for word the text for the website. After a lot of confusion they designed a basic logo for me after I explained what I wanted. I have been messaging/calling them for the last 2 weeks asking for the logo in high resolution as I need it for marketing materials. I was told on the phone it would be done then I received an email on Friday saying that they cannot help because I provided the logo but they designed it! I was also reassured 3 times by different departments that my subscriptionwould not start until the website went live but this is not the case at all. I eventually got a refund for 1st month but not the second. Sales guy also told me they would makes sure my website came up on google search but it does not. It is very difficult to get hold of them on the customer service telephone number and most times you eventually go to voicemail. I really wish I had seen the other reviews before I signed up with them.
Just received another email saying they cannot make the logo in high resolution and they designed it as a courtesy but I was promised a logo by the sales guy who I spoke to initially or I would not have subscribed.

Web team had great follow up and supported me on every step. I was little nervous but the service was 100.

The customer service agents are very professional and helpful. As far as their ability to always meet my expectations on what I need for my website...hmmm, that definitely needs improvement. But overall, I am satisfied for what they've done for me. My website looks great.

Worst organization, untalented uneducated developers, I spent days providing them with the information, the put something together out of the box that does not reflect my organization, company name wrong, did not add provided logo, did not call at the schedule time, 1, 2, 3 drafts and still garbage. DO NOT ATTEMPT to get them to do your website, waste of your time, waste of your energy, waste of your money. NOT WORTH IT!

This is the worst organization I have ever IN MY ENTIRE CAREER of over 40 years dealt with. the did not deliver and now they are holding my domain hostage. Run!!

Nice people. Good products and service. Needs to be a bit more timely as far as phone appointments and updates to websites are concerned.

I was told that they would build me a website exactly like that of a colleague after the sales person looked at the site with me.
What a joke. Looked like a first grader tried to do it then got bored and quit playing with Mom's laptop. After fighting and being lied to for 10 days, I then paid Godaddy $200 less and had a workable website very close to what I needed in 45 minutes. What a joke they are!

The service is terrible. They are build my website not professionally.
I wrote cancelation notice, but they are charge my card again and again, even wihout my permition.
Please, stop take money from my account for service, which your company didn't provide properly.

I have email them seven times about change I haven't had one reply. Then put your website on when it not ever ready to be on line. Be well over 2 half weeks still wait for them do the change I asked them to do. Very poor

Excellent company providing a great service, I am getting what I need for my particular business and at a good price. Polite and efficient staff and I would recommend this company. Thank you all for your hard work and support.
