Polite, professional and punctual
I got my initial mortgage with help from these guys and I also just recently remortgaged with them too and I'd highly recommend them. My advisor was Ellie R. And she was polite, professional and punctual, always giving me regular updates on the process throughout. If you're getting a mortgage or coming up to the end of a mortgage deal I'd go with these guys.

MFB were recommended to me, in particular Emma Miller. From first contact until the end of the process, both Emma and Samantha (Roberts) have been very helpful and friendly, providing advice and support when required. I would like to say a huge thank you to Emily and the entire MFB team. The service was exceptional from start to finish. Emily successfully arranged a remortgage on our current home while simultaneously securing mortgages on two buy‑to‑let properties - three transactions at once. Emily was an absolute pleasure to work with: patient with my many emails and moments of panic, always quick to respond, and consistently reassuring throughout the process. Despite a few unavoidable hiccups, she guided everything smoothly and ensured all three mortgages completed on time.
