I had 2 lovely ladies called Ellie R & Bianca who were super from the get go & couldn’t fault them. They were really helpful, kept me in the loop, got me updates, chased solicitors etc. as a first time buyer it was ideal having two experienced individuals who knew what they were doing & could guide me through it. Thank you again ladies, really grateful for it.

I had a couple of very difficult remortgages of buy to lets which were handled extremely well by Leroy and Alice .
In particular , they helped to call or e-mail the lender and solicitor . Other brokers may just sit and wait and nothing happens .

For about three months , I had to send emails to my remortgage Solicitors and to MFB . The process was really exhausting . I’d send one e-mail at 9 am , then call up .Meanwhile Id have Leroy and Alice chasing the solicitor plus I had to visit my Managing Agent to get papers completed .

If by lunchtime , there was no progress , I would need to repeat the morning calls and emails . Meanwhile Leroy and Alice were chasing again with the Solicitors and lenders .

It was exhausting to keep chasing , having a
Solicitor hang up on me on the telephone . But eventually we completed both remorrgages . There is so much paperwork and Solicitors not doing the work they should be . Frustrating and stressful !

I was surprised Leroy and Alice responded so positively as i know i became a Nuisance !
