I will never order from here again
I will never order from here again. I returned something I never wore with tags and they are saying it’s worn. I literally walked around in house and it’s too big so I decided to return. They offered 20% back or a coupon. They took 3 weeks to answer after 6 emails. Their stuff is the quality of SHEIN or worse but the price is more expensive. Don’t order from here just stick to other fast fashion for better price and service.

The quality is atrocious
The quality is atrocious. You pay premium prices and the clothing is no better than Temu or Shein. It ships from China even though everything else leads you to believe it's coming from England so that tells you everything you need to know right there.

They Took My Money & Now They’re Quiet
I have ordered clothes from this money in the past so I felt comfortable to purchase from them again. I placed an order with them on July 8th and they were paid in full the next day (bank cleared the funds). Normally, they would send an email within 48 hours to confirm my order was fulfilled and is ready to ship. However, I did not receive a response nor notification from Micas.
I reached out to them on July 14th by email (very useless) to check the status on my order as my account showed it was “unfulfilled “ although they received full payment. The next day, I get an email claiming one of my items was out of stock and I had 3 options to choose from: 1. wait until the item is back in stock and ship the remaining items; 2. replace item with a new one with a discount; or 3. request a full refund for entire order. I chose option #2 but when I did that, they send me a follow up email with an invoice of $20 dollars to pay.
Now I’m pissed off however I want my clothes so I paid the $20 on July 16th. Now it’s July 21st and I still haven’t gotten a response that my order is fulfilled and will be shipped! This is absolutely unacceptable and they have displayed poor customer communication support! I am now ready to file a complaint with BBB and dispute the charges with my bank for full refund. This will be the last time I order from them!

SCAM
SCAM - TERRIBLE experience. My items were defective and threads were loose. I asked them to return & they kept giving me options to get store credits or coupons. When I asked for a straight return they stopped responding. I messaged them on Instagram & got a response but no real resolutions.
