Don’t do it.

I received a wooden playpen that had different dimensions than the website. The instructions had spelling mistakes. I doubt it was made in Canada but who knows.

I live down the street from their ‘address’ but was told I had to mail the return. Weeks later, no money back and radio silence despite many communication attempts.

They are quick to respond when purchasing items or getting the item back, otherwise, radio silent.

I did finally get the money back but it took countless attempts at communication and saying that I had the owners personal phone number on the shipping label.

Stay far far away. Not a reliable company.

It has been 3 months since we ordered and paid for a $450 bed and no news at all. They keep telling us that they will ship it on this or that day. There is no way to talk to them, if you google map the address it doesn't show up.
They rob my money and destroy our ilusion to buy a bed for our 2 years old son.
Shame on you.

We ordered a bed in December for my toddler and by March it still never showed up, you can't get a hold of anyone at this company there's no phone number so it takes days to get a simple email they beat around the bush and never actually answer your questions onto why your order never comes, if they don't have the product they shouldn't advertise it and take your money, it was close to $400 and I still have yet to receive my refund they said for whatever reason they can't issue me a refund on my credit card which is ridiculous because it's a company, I'd be very leery and careful about ordering from this company it is very disappointing $400 is a lot of money and my special-needs son would've loved this bed but unfortunately we couldn't have got it I ordered one from Wayfair and it came the same week and it was much cheaper

SCAM!!

Order placed. Many emails sent and lots of different delays on order. Eventually stopped responding.

Received 3 months late, and after only 3 months of use, the bed frame already has cracks. My baby almost got hurt! Terrible quality and even worse customer service—they just give excuses and try to buy time. @mimibeds, do better!

Scam - placed my order in December and I have been waiting 3 months - absolutely ridiculous

Placed an order for a bed and mattress never got the bed...its been over 60 days i was told they were gonna send a new one and now they have completely stopped reply. This place is a total scam

Update Feb 24- they claim they have reached out...I've had zero communication from them via email, they read Instagram messages and don't respond.

Placed an order for a bed 12 days ago. Their website states that orders will be shipped within 2-5 business days. They charged my credit card but my order has not even been processed let alone shipped. This place is a scam.
