I bought a retail voucher which temporarily didn't work. Holly arranged a refund and kept me informed every step of the way!

I put in a request to find 4 pensions from previous jobs. The ladies at Mintago are doing a wonderful job, very polite and friendly, so far finding 2 of 4.

I would like to thank Sharon in particular for her help with our move to a Salary Sacrifice pension scheme. She has been genuinely helpful from the start, and even a couple of months in, continues to answer my queries promptly and knowledgably with clear explanations.
She has been proactive throughout the process and checked submissions etc.
I am sure there will be further queries on our side, but the customer service has been excellent, and very friendly also!

I've had a lot of different jobs over the years and hadn't been as diligent as I should have been at keeping track of who the pension providers had been. Mintago have been able to find a few of the missing pensions, and have been good at providing progress updates when needed.
