Helena was lovely and helped me discover that the issue I was experiencing was down to my bank. After a phonecall all was resolved. Helena then followed up later in the week to check that all was ok - a lovely touch and I just wish that customer service from other providers was as good as this!

Robert went above and beyond
Having purchased a B&Q Giftcard through Perkbox for a particular item that I was unfortunately unable to use as although sold through the B&Q website, it was shipped by a third party (which I was unaware of until reaching the checkout), Robert went above and beyond to help me receive a refund on the amount paid.
I have used Perkbox for B&Q transactions before without issue and was unaware of this restriction on B&Q’s side, so will be checking on this from now on.
Robert was very helpful and swift with communication and action and I cannot thank him enough.

I inadvertently purchased a voucher that could not be used on certain goods on a vendors website - the voucher stated this but the website was not at all clear and it could not be processed. The Team at Perkbox were extremely helpful, professional and courteous - I used the chat function and had an email response very quickly. They contacted the vendor and managed to resolve my issue in less than 24 hours - very reassuring to know that level of support is there. Thank you.
