I have had many books done by Mixam in the past but recently my book ran into all sorts of issues and I must say that your person, Lain, was unbelievably helpful this time. Lain is a godsend! Thank you Lain, and thank you Mixam.

If I could give a zero, I would. I'm devastated. I designed a 96 page + Cover landscape letter sized exhibition catalog to spec. It printed beautifully. When I went to set it up to be printed on demand (as a publisher), it said these specs could not be printed on demand. No reason. No warning. Nothing on the home page tells you that there are two distinct printing processes. And I really took a leap of faith because their preview once you upload your PDFs is low-res! You would never know if your images are crisp enough. Customer service was no better than a robot --they only say said specs are not available for print on demand. Zero solutions, zero feedback on why, zero acknowledgment that their site should tell you clearly up front that if you plan to print on demand (meaning that other people can buy on their own) vs bulk ordering (on your own), that these specs are not viable. 80 people will now not get a book that should be able to be printed easily.

I decided last minute to have my magazine physically available for purchase instead of online print to order. It was the best decision I ever made! Mixam staff was very helpful in assisting to get it to me in time for my launch. They went above & beyond. I was very impressed by the quality, the colors are bold & beautiful. Delivery was right on time. I will order my next Issue with them.

Outstanding. Once you get the hang of the tool to put together your pages, it was easy. You product and service is awesome. The books look fantastic and I can't believe how quickly I received them. I only ordered a small quantity but I may need to get more. I love them.

I ordered some of the custom-designed books to use as journals. They came out great! The interface was really easy to use on Mixam's site and the quality of the journals was FANTASTIC. Not to mention, their price was SO affordable, especially compared to other companies.

I used mixam to self publish a book of poems. The book turned out great!!

The Customer service was really good! I would have said great but I did get contrasting advice during the process from different people. My first book did come out really well & I will reorder more, however, I found the design software a bit tricky and not user friendly the first time. Luckily I would not give up and with assistance I am a happy camper with the result. Thanks again

Came damaged was shipped with the cover corner folded so when it arrived the crease was permanent

My highest compliment his the user friendliness of the website and ability to build your product quickly and efficiently.The print job was also of high quality. My product looks amazing.

One suggestion I have is to have an explanation for paper weight and the different options. I am unhappy with the weight of the cover paper and would have selected differently had I known it could be so thin.

I had an excellent experience with Mixam. Everything was exactly as promised: the book dimensions, the print quality, the binding, and even the digital preview matched the real product extremely well. The delivery time was also right on schedule.

I ordered just one sample copy because I wanted to see and feel the book in person before committing to a larger bulk print run, and for that purpose Mixam was absolutely perfect. The sample gave me a very accurate idea of what the finished book would look like.

My only small point of feedback is the packaging. The shipping box seemed to have a little too much empty space, allowing the book to move around during transit. This may have caused two very small dents on the corners. A tighter fit or a bit more padding around the book would probably prevent that.

Aside from that, everything was excellent. The entire process was smooth, the final book looked exactly as expected, and I would definitely recommend Mixam for producing a professional sample copy before committing to a larger order.
