Pricing was good. Product was good. Timing could use a little work.

I struggled with formatting my project and they were very accommodating and helpful.

I had a great experience working with Mixam. Their customer service was responsive and helpful throughout the process, usually getting back to me within 24–72 hours. As someone who isn’t experienced with book printing, I really appreciated how their team walked me through issues I encountered and even assisted with adjustments to my files on their end. The finished hardcover keepsake book for my event turned out beautifully, and I am extremely pleased with the quality. I will definitely be returning for future printing projects. Highly recommend!

Easy to learn how to use the platform, good warnings, process clearly defined on what to expect when, transparent on cost and delivery. Delivered on time, as stated. Quality product upon reciept. Great for first time folks with a little patience.

I recently created a custom 32-page, full-color Advent booklet for our church. This was a very special project, and I wanted the finished product to be beautiful, professional, and affordable enough to share with our congregation and community.

Mixam exceeded my expectations!

I started by ordering five sample copies to see the finished product before committing to a larger order. I was so impressed with the quality that I went ahead and ordered 250 booklets.

The colors were remarkably close to our original artwork, the images and lettering were crisp and sharp, and the paper and overall finish gave the booklets a beautiful, professional appearance. The pricing was exceptional, especially considering the quality we received.

Their website was easy to navigate, the ordering process was straightforward, and the turnaround time was very reasonable. I also appreciated having the option to have their experts check my artwork before printing.

The entire experience, from ordering our initial five sample copies to receiving our final order of 250 booklets, was wonderful. Everything arrived within the expected timeframe, and the finished booklets looked absolutely beautiful!

What started as a personal idea has become something our church is excited to share with others, and Mixam helped bring that vision to life beautifully.

I would absolutely recommend Mixam to anyone looking for high-quality custom printing at an affordable price. I would gladly use them again!

I really appreciated Mixam's process for submitting a project. I was able to see a realistic view of what my project would look like before hand. I thought the pricing and delivery time were reasonable.

I’ve been working with Mixam to print my hardcover book, Before You Ask, and the experience has become incredibly frustrating.

After multiple proofs, repeated communication with customer service, and even a quality review involving their printing team, Mixam still cannot get the cover properly centered.

Despite following their provided templates and working with their team to resolve the alignment issue, the latest copy arrived with the artwork visibly off-center yet again.

To make matters worse, the book arrived physically damaged, with bent and crushed corners, wrinkled cover edges, and an actual puncture through the back cover.

This is particularly disappointing because these issues have persisted despite Mixam’s involvement in reviewing the problem before printing.

I’ve invested substantial time and money trying to get a professionally printed book that meets reasonable quality standards. Instead, I’ve spent more time troubleshooting their printing process than I ever anticipated.

My biggest concern is the lack of an effective resolution. Customer service has been responsive, but responsiveness means little when the same problems continue occurring.

I’m not expecting perfection. I’m expecting a hardcover book that arrives undamaged, with a reasonably centered cover, especially after multiple attempts and quality checks.

I’m hoping Mixam management or a senior production specialist will take ownership of this issue, identify what’s going wrong, and provide a properly printed replacement at no additional cost.

I would genuinely like to update this review with a positive outcome, but until these problems are resolved, I cannot recommend Mixam for hardcover book printing.

11/2/26- update. Another proof arrived. Same error exists and they offer no resolution to get it right. Just excuses.

Ordering small batches for proofs was fantastic for review. A bit of a sticker shock at first, but that makes sense for small orders. I love the easy to use interface and the drag and drop feature, but for a first time user, it's a bit confusing to start out if you use anything other than Adobe. If you use Clip Studio and traditional paper for your art, you have to figure it out. The trim lines on the paper do not match Mixam's trim line guidelines, so having an option to adjust the pages by hand if needed, would be greatly beneficial. Inserting double page spreads was not a happy experience and always showed shifted to the upper right and off center in the preview and proof, so knowing if it was going to print that way is a mystery, and one of my proof prints did show up off center, so being able to adjust by hand could have prevented that. Other than the trim lines and double-page spreads being a challenge, I am very pleased with the product and will continue to use their services and order my books through them.

Good quality printing at an affordable price.

I recently used Mixam to print my fine-art photography zine, Light & Land, and was genuinely impressed with the results. The print quality, tonal reproduction and overall finish exceeded my expectations, particularly with the subtle details in my black-and-white photographs. Excellent quality at a very reasonable price. I'll certainly be using Mixam again.

Good product, the print quality was exactly as I was expecting. The delivery date estimate was incorrect, however. I did need it by a specific time and chose this company specifically because the date was within the range I needed. There seemed to be a time period where my order was stuck in limbo, with no progress or updates made on it for several days. Other than that, I recommend this company!

Mixam delivered a top notch program that my guests loved! Service was timely and affordable!
