Good product, the print quality was exactly as I was expecting. The delivery date estimate was incorrect, however. I did need it by a specific time and chose this company specifically because the date was within the range I needed. There seemed to be a time period where my order was stuck in limbo, with no progress or updates made on it for several days. Other than that, I recommend this company!

The Mixam product is great! The colors are sharp and their AI tools translate and clean-up images as well. Their customer care team is fantastic. I would highly recommend them for all your printing needs. (We printed a magazine and 140 page anthology, perfectly bound , 100lb cover satin + matte laminate, 80lb text satin.).

Setting up the file to print (margins and bleeds) was not clear/interactive (no editable template, just a pdf). At some points it feels a little backwards (you choose all your settings and THEN you choose the file to print). I used best judgements from previous printing experience to sort out the margins process.

Created a zine for my engagement party in Canva and had it printed through Mixam. I loved how my order came out! I couldn't spot a single issue with cutting off too much from the design, misalignment, or anything. The quality was amazing too! A lot of my engagement photos were shot on vintage film and have a grain. When I print them at Walgreens or other print places, it always comes out blurry, messy and disappointing, so I was VERY relieved that printing with Mixam made the photos look like the original quality. I was nervous about shipping as the expected date got closer and this is my first order, but they sent out on the exact date they said when I ordered and the order arrived on time. Packing was decent! The box was properly sealed and there were no damages to any of my zines. Thank you!

It's not that I disliked anything. The service was great. The only issue I have is that my comic book came out printed pretty dark. When I did my proofs, the lighting and color looked great on the website. But when I received my copies the images came out a lot darker, and not very easy to see. I would like to know how this can be rectified in the future. I would like to continue using Mixam, but this is a huge issue and unacceptable. I think Mixam should send out a proof and any comments or concerns before printing. The customer needs to be made aware of these critical issues.
