I had Mohammed Haroon at my home this morning 08 Sept to install my new superfast EE broadband. Very polite lad called me the day before and on the day to make sure he is coming at a suitable time. Worked very clean and quick explained everything I needed to know. He is a credit to your company.

Mohammed Haroon visited me this morning and was fantastic! He answered every one of my questions and helped talk me through the issues we were having. He was super approachable and his customer service was fab. Thanks Mohammed! :)

Absolute joke of a company. Avoid them at all costs.

Several reminders from them about the OpenReach installation for EE. A text this morning at 7 AM telling me to be ready for the installation between 8 AM and 1 PM. I had arranged to work from home and moved the meetings I had this morning. No show, no notification.

At 1:30 PM, and after I called EE myself, I finally got a text from MJQ saying they were trying to source an engineer, but it "might not be possible" during my time slot. Obviously not, unless they have mastered time travel.

They knew at 8 AM nobody would turn up. But why send a helpful message when you can muck people around instead? As they aren't paid directly by the customer, they clearly don't give a monkeys how they treat people.

If you are having an OpenReach installation, check who they will use—and make sure it's not these timewasters.

Telecom sent a man called Mark here to see my phone lines. He was rude. He kept telling me he needs to concentrate. There was no way I was going to leave him there because he was actually looking at the telephone sheet that came here to see how to spend the phones however I tried to explain to him but I didn’t know a little bit about phones he took phoneout of my hand he really upset me the way he spoke to me and I walked away. My husband stayed looking to what he was doing and he apologise to my husband but not to me. He hated me when he first came in because we didn’t have mobile phones there is no point because they dont work here he left unfortunately I’m seriously unwell and he cleaned all the numbers off my phone book so I have no emergency numbers at all, not even the number of my surgery He was rude and he needs training. we had already waited over a week to get the phone mended unfortunately we are in a worst position now we’ve got a phone and no numbers to ring.he actually asked my huband for the how to use the telephone leaflet

7/9 had a call today from a super young man Josh well spoken and offered his apologies and he will be looking into it for us as we still have a phone fault he was very sympathetic and apologetic on behalf of his company five stars Josh

What should have been a cancelled job as the cherry picker couldn't lift whilst being safe on the road, the guys did not want to leave us high & dry and went above and beyond to get out copper line changed to fibre with no downtime. They were brilliant, so hats off to them...if all of MJ Quinns team are as diligent, I would have no qualms in highly recommending them. First class. Polite. Knowledgeable. Great experience. Thank you.

Absolutely fantastic, very professional but friendly and put me and my autistic son at ease. Worked like a trooper to get it done fast so as not to affect my son too much with the noise. This guy needs a pay rise.

I have been so pleased at this young man's work today. He was patient and kind in setting up my broadband and keeping me well informed at every step. Nothing was too much trouble. For someone who has only been doing this job for over a year, he will do well in the future. Very good with communication skills too.
