Joseph was wonderful. He came along as replacement for original engineer. Staff did a wonderful job getting a replacement. Joseph really brightened my day and made me laugh, which I haven't done often in the past few weeks, because of the way I have been treated by BT and Openreach. Thank you!

Had a young MJ Quinn engineer called Connor come to install Fibre at our North Devon Cottage. It wasn't straightforward as we are very remote and have a cob & lime exterior. Connor was incredibly patient and polite whilst outlining our various options and then a model of efficiency expediting the job. We have full fibre in the countryside! Very impressed. Well done!

MJ Quinn engineer Callan Donnelly arrrived at my property to complete the external work for the fibre optic broadband on behalf of sky. This engineer is a credit to his company he was very polite, efficient and professional he was working very safely even attaching his ladders to the property to stabilise them I was told. Very tidy installation and cable was routed to where I asked without fuss. Very happy customer.

Mohammed Haroon was absolutely fantastic - we honestly couldn't have asked for better - his dedication, positivity, kindness and politeness was in another league. His determination to finish the job to an exceptional standard despite the challenges, conducting himself with such grace, composure, professionalism and humour - made the whole experience a pleasure - we wish him well in his career journey. Tasleem was the third engineer to visit and, despite the access issues which prevented previous engineers completing the intallation, Tasleem took the time to consider alternative options, mindful of H & S considerations and persevered to get the job done. This was old school customer service and unfortunately took longer than his alloted time. Thank you Tasleem. Unfortunately, previous issues with maintaining the Sky broadband and internet connection persist

What a fantastic job Aqib Khan has done when installing our fibre Internet!!! He rung us 15 mins prior arrival, came in on time and got straight to work. We have been informed about the works that will be carried out, all professionally explained. Aqib has done a cracking job installing new cables, all fixed neatly and cleaned afterwards. Great service and approach to customer! Can only recommend his services! Thank you Aqib!😊

I had fibre broadband installed this morning by Anoop Johal. On arrival he explained the process and approx how long it would take.

He was tidy - made every effort to make very little mess and not to drill unnecessary holes in the wall.

He took the time to follow up after he left to ensure internet was connected and working.

A young engineer, Luqman, came to upgrade my broadband. Unfortunately he had to climb a ladder and use the inside stairs as my desktop is located in my bedroom. It took 4 hours and never a complaint from him. the job done was 100% and I would like to commend Luqman to his employer. He was excellent.
