Ashleigh came to fit our full fibre broadband and did everything she could to provide a great service. She was really professional and did super job. She was knowledgeable and efficient, answering all our questions and got the work done with minimum disruption and fuss.
Shout out James as well who came out for a follow up appointment to troubleshoot a minor issue we encountered. Very good all round. Well done.

Mohammed was excellent and very polite, would highly recommend.

Fibre installation was done by Mohammed Haroon. This wasn't the easiest installation due to location and some other issues, but he went above and beyond to make sure the job was completed properly. He even came back to my property out of hours. Couldn't have asked for a better service.

If I could rate the service zero I would. An engineer named Sean came to fit our box . In the process he has broken our Tv stand. My brother , who was busy attending to a boiler man we had in the house , was unaware this occurred . Sean proceeded to say that everything was done and left. Following his departure we realised not only the tv stand was broken but also the utter mess he had left our front room in.Looked like a half a job done to say the least. We documented the damage and mess ( in which it was clear Sean had tried to put the snapped tv leg back into place to make it seem like he hadn’t broken it) and reported a complaint to MJ Quinn. We have subsequently rang their customer service who have informed us that that Sean has relayed to his line manager his series of events. It turns out he has LIED and claimed that the tv leg broke when him and my brother moved the tv ( this ofc is not the truth). It seems Sean is trying to claim that we were aware (and a part of ) the breaking of our tv. We infact were not and were shocked to see what he had done when he left. We are also now having to figure out how to get our box to work as he left everything everywhere and has not completed his job properly . We have not received any information on what further action will be taken or what compensation we SHOULD be getting for all this hassle and damage. I am baffled as to how a company can employ such and incapable and inconsiderate LIAR of an engineer. We have had no formal apology which is beyond unprofessional. I would seriously hesitate to ever have any work done from this company as the vast majority of these low reviews are heavily reflective of the TERRIBLE experience we have had.

Billie did a great job installing full fibre at my house. She was polite and very neat and tidy. The installation was quick and very professional.

Tasleem came today and he was friendly and knowledgeable and told me about all work that was going to be done and he try easy to chat to and good with customers which I’m glad this was the case and did a very good job and left it clean and tidy and left the house as he found it. I would also say was a tricky and difficult job which he did well and on the other hand the other engineer on Tuesday this week couldn’t do and left and wasn’t helpful at all. Tasleem was very good also called back to see was it all working when had a little hiccup with connection got it all sorted. Would like to thank him for his time and doing the job.

Mohammed Haroon fitted our new full fibre connection today. Communication was great throughout and he was very friendly and efficient. High standard of work and left everywhere very clean and tidy.

The service experience is very good and perfect

We had our WiFi fitted by Mohamed Bah, he was really helpful. The instillation didn’t take long at all, just over an hour he was finished and told us everything we needed to knowing regarding the WiFi password and he explained what work had been done outside the property.

Thank you Mohammed for assisting our needs! Highly recommend him if you’re looking for someone to install your WiFi!

From start to finish Mo was very polite and well mannered, kept his work very clean and tidy, went the extra mile to keep me informed of what was happening and where they would be drilling to make sure I was happy with the work that was taking place at my property.
I couldn’t have asked for better workmanship!
