My table was delivered without screws…
My table was delivered without screws or instructions, I had to get on to the customer services team twice to prompt them to send these out. When putting the table together we had one part of the table leg that was different to the other 3 so we couldn’t put the table together. My guests had to eat their dinner sitting on the floor!! I had to then send photos in and get in touch with the customer services team AGAIN! All in all a total nightmare, would definitely make me think twice before ordering through MMilo again.

Excellent chairs and a lovely colour
Excellent chairs and a lovely colour. First 2 (green) we’re very easy to put together though we struggled a bit more with the second pair (grey) for some reason. I love the colour of the legs too. Really impressed with the quality for this price, they look far more expensive than they were.

Arrived with bits missing out of the boxes. The legs didn’t fit and we had to drill these for them to fit in the chairs. Couldn’t get hold of anybody to discuss

Thanks for your review and I am extremely sorry for the inconveniences you have experienced with this order and with our company.
It is definitely unfair that you placed your order and for it to arrive with missing pieces. After further investigation, we found out we had a technical problem with our email system and some emails we did not receive from customers, we also were informed by the warehouse the legs have been labelled wrong by the factory, so some customer did receive the wrong legs for their chairs. This is something I have discussed with our team to look at ways of improving our services.
We are working on getting all product labels up to date so this doesn't happen again in future, and we will be working with the warehouse team and courier companies to make sure products are handled correctly so no items are lost or damaged on route. So we may offer the best service to our customers in future.
I appreciate that you are frustrated as you couldn't get hold of any member of staff - I will be making this clear to all representatives how important it is to stay active and to keep in touch with all customers to provide a high level of customer service.
I would love to be able to turn your experience around from a negative into a positive, so was wondering if there is anything further we could do to change your experience.
