Fantastic company to deal with. I messed up my order and they were so helpful in sorting out the problem.

Delivery was not free to UK mainland, as stated on website. I was charged £16.00 for delivery. When I questioned it , I was told that it was because the item I ordered was glass. There was no caveat against this item when ordering, so I told them their website was misleading, and they said they would get website changed, but to date it is the same. Despatch was quick, however i was only advised of the despatch/tracking details by email about 25 mins before it actually turned up, so I didn't see it until after delivery, and it was pure luck that I was in , as I had just got home to receive another delivery from elsewhere. Not sure why £16.00 was charged as there seemed to be no extra special kind of packaging for this item.

The instructions to connect the elements of thr chair were so poor and inaccurate that I had to unscrew and redo the three times.other than that the chair was as expected but slightly different from the other three I already had

Great service and the chairs were fantastic. One of the fixtures packets was missing and it was replaced very quickly with no fuss

I purchased the Eames clear dining chairs. They are fantastic. A bit fragile from scratches because of the clear colour but after a month of cautious usage they remain perfect.
Very fast delivery too, only point being the delivery man being upset to deliver to 3rd floor because i dont have a lift. I know you have limited power on this point but it would be nice if the delivery company would be more flexible. To be fair he eventually agreed to deliver upstairs because he needed my signature and I was staying upstairs :)
A note for the future Eames chair buyers: there is no assembling guide which can prove to be challenging because i struggled to appreciate in which order i was supposed to put the screwing elements. Perhaps an assembling guide on your website could be a solution? I litterally destroyed one of the chairs because the screws can be very difficult to insert. A tip: apply oil on them when you feel it is too tough to screw. Sad for the chair but luckily I need mainly 3of them, the 4th is less frequently used.

I ordered some dining chairs from Mmilo and they arrived promptly (although I did not receive notification that they had been dispatched). They are a great quality and look brilliant.

Unfortunately, I was missing a few pieces to put one of the chairs together but after contacting the Mmilo customer service they were very helpful and accommodating and soon shipped out the replacement parts.

Overall I'd recommend buying from Mmilo and definitely would do so again.
