I was making a unique product with this team, and I was very impressed by the dedication and hard work they put into turning my dream into a reality. This was not easy, and it did take some time, but I'm so glad I had people who cared deeply about what I wanted to create and made sure they got all the details right. I would recommend these manufacturers to anyone starting out in the clothing industry, as they are a great example of a team that will do everything they can to make it a success. Thank you, MMS team, for everything that you did for me.

MMS couldn’t help me with the manufacturing but I cannot fault the swift review process and polite staff.

After providing them with my designs I was told that they couldn’t help me. “Thank you for sharing the designs, unfortunately we are unable to make them.”

Interacting with this company was a complete waste of time and increased the operational risk to our organization.

Ordered a batch of linen clothes (shirts and pants) from them. Overall quality is ok but with some defects sometimes (uncut strings here and there).
But the biggest problem was that they forgot to put the washing labels on the clothes. And then I had to pay for them to send the labels to me. And now I have to figure out a way to sew 300+ washing labels on my clothes before starting to sell them.
They are not serious.

Won't seal an NNN. Chose to stay quiet and say they will sign a contract until I mentioned the seal, then they said it's not their "policy"to seal contracts, which is a requirement in the chinese court - in short, scammers.

Then they tried to gaslight me that it is innapropriate to address this. Bad experience, will find another supplier.

Spent £14,000 and they scammed me with Al faulty items I am now stuck with that I cannot sell , as a result I am left with unwanted stock I cannot sell

Company will not do anything even though I have emailed that they admit they are at fault

Having started a clothing company the first batch of full product range were perfect. Second batch ordered and standard was not the same wasted over £1500 as all second batch failed - every one had a zip and this zip wasn’t fit for purpose. I had to send some back (at my cost) they replaced 17 zips out of the 100 items order FOC, I have had to refund customers, replace their order FOC, also now have 40 products I cannot even sell. I requested compensation but didn’t get anywhere unless I ordered more stock! Sadly lost me as a customer. Cost me money and brand reputation. I have now found a new manufacturer who I can meet in the UK and they have shaved a lot off the unit price per product as well as delivery charges- These as an FYI from MMS Clothing are extortionate. Good luck if you use this company. Also haven’t heard from them since they sent back my repaired 17 items. Stay clear and do your research, I wish I had earlier.

UPDATE; after posting this review, they got back in contact. They have replaced the gilets that were defective, refunded my initial delivery cost. The whole process did take 6 months. I would sadly still not return to this company as they lack a real knowledge of quality hardware for products, when you are starting a clothing brand they should know what hardware (zips!) work and those that don’t. Overall this has damaged my clothing brand and set me back about 12 months in growth.

Grace and Xiang were excellent in their communication and in guiding me through the entire process of developing a collection as this was my first time.
I have learnt a lot from them and the final product was exactly as I expected. They were kind enough to share tips and advice at every step of development from tech packs to digital designs and physical samples - at every step I was sent detailed information, pictures and videos so I knew what was happening.

Their patience despite the language barrier and time zone difference was phenomenal. I appreciate their craftsmanship and endless efforts to give me what I want, plus the clear walk through of each step in the designing process. Can’t wait to work with them again. -Dex:)

I recently contacted MMS Clothing regarding my first gymwear collection. Although I ultimately had to step back for budget reasons, I want to highlight how incredibly professional and supportive the experience was — especially thanks to Eileen.

She responded quickly, explained everything transparently, and truly took the time to support me, even though I’m just starting out. You can tell they genuinely care about their clients, not just about making a sale.

I’ll definitely keep MMS in mind and would love to come back in the future when the time is right.

So far I have been creating a brand of custom made T-shirts Bess Li has been my POC along with Xiang my designer.
I can’t fault their attention to detail and accuracy to the mm in their production process.
Every step of the way I have received photos and documents to make sure we are getting it right.
I have so much confidence that this is going to be a success that my few hundred pieces has now expanded to 1k.
I’m excited to build and expand the brand and will definitely be using MMS for future projects.
