I took a picture with another phone, as per their instructions, showing the screen with the IMEI info; they checked, and the email response stated: "damaged". So Robotic and no reason provided, and how do you state such when the screen is visible, and the info is available.

Impossible to verify and very frustrating
I had to verify my mobile phone by uploading photos. I have sent 4 photos and all have been rejected so the emails say the devices are not insured until verified, however they have taken my direct debit payment!
