I haven’t received the product yet, it the ordering process was seamless.

Mokaloha has always been east to navigate, make my selections, and complete the process. I've ordered many shirts from you.

Rip off, NOTHING good about this waste of good
money experience!

Their ad shows a nice loose fitting cotton beach style pull over shirt. But in reality it is a cheap silky fabric that is not loose fitting at all! All XL American shirts fit me baggie, this was way to tight like a tight rubber glove!

I would try to return them but after reading all of the other negative reviews on their return troubles I just pitched them in the trash!!!

The shipping took forever and I never received the notification that it had been shipped like they said I would! It was shipped from China and the quality shows!

Outstanding Company with quality products. Their website is easy to use and delivery time was reasonable.

Very easy to navigate and make purchases. Product sounds and looks great, hopefully they will be as nice as they look!

It was a very easy order to place. Everything on the website worked well and no problems were experienced.
One small suggestion I would make is to also have the clothing pictured without the models - just a picture of the shirt as it would appear hanging. It gives me more of a sense of how the shirt tails actually look.

Proceed with caution. The fabric is thin and feels like a cheap bath towel. I asked for a refund and they said they can only give me 15% of the cost back, which is not what their refund policy says (which states they will not give a refund on the shipping and handling).

"• We accept return/exchange requests within 30 days of the delivered date.
• Returned and exchanged items must be in new, unworn condition without any damages and with the original hang tag attached.
• Please do not send your returns to the address on your package. It is not the return address and will affect the return process.
• Get authorization from customer service and ship the parcel back to address provided (Please keep the return receipt).
• Send the return receipt to customer service to track the parcel and arrange an exchange in advance.
• Once your return is received at our facility, processing of your refund/exchange may take up to 3-5 business days. We will send you a confirmation email once we have received your item(s) and the refund has been processed.
• We cannot reimburse original shipping or handling charges
• Refund will be credited back to your original method of payment.
• We will start the exchange process immediately after the return tracking information confirmed so that you can receive your exhchange item(s) as early as possible."

Ease of ordering

The website was fine. However i'm a first time customer and no history with your company. I've read where shipping can take a long time-something i'm not used to. It would go a long way for me to be a repeat customer if you speed up your shipping time. I hope i'm a satisfies customer.

Online catalog is well arranged. Order process was good.

Really enjoy the style and feel of the jaquered style pants and shirts I get a lot of compliments.

I wish I could give negative stars. This site is absolute garbage. The photos look amazing, but what showed up wasn’t even close. The material is cheap, the quality is awful, and the “cargo pocket” on the pants was literally just printed on. Printed. On. It’s a joke. Save your money — you’ll only end up disappointed.

It takes to long to get these orders I would by lots more if you could get these out sooner. Thank

Terrible customer service
In Feb. I bought a very nice MK sweatshirt through Etsy for my grandson. Great quality. Easy purchase navigation . My grandson wanted another 3 days ago Intriedvto order another Etsy sent search directly to MK
Complete nightmare . Repeated “system is busy trying to later”….then refused 2 long standing credit cards with
plenty to cover charge. Tried going through PayPal completely messed up credit card info. Tried again,
Again refused credit card that had more than enough and had just used in another venue with absolute ease
Will never buy again or recommend . Be very careful with this company .
