These guys are running a sham. I ordered pants and then cancelled the order and they sent the pants and charged me anyways even though I got a cancelation confirmation. And now they are not honoring any of it and saying they can only refund 30%. This is a joke of a group.

This place is crooked. Never sent.shirts or refund. Along with another place called Pieacht

Bought 2 vintage short sleeve t-shirts. When we finally received them they were so cheap looking. Nothing like how they looked online. They were very silky and cheap looking. They looked more like a cotton shirt online not all shiny and silky. When I went to return them they said I could keep them and they would give me a 25% refund. Who would accept that? Such a scam. Will never order anything from that con artist company again!

I was surprised to see affordable clothing,can't wait to see the product. The only disappointment was the exact promo for my size. Other than that, it will be nice doing business with you. I am interested in getting the size adjusted. I am awaiting the process.

Previously, I ordered 2 pairs of pants that ended up being the wrong size. I have received 1 replacement and am waiting on the other. I hope I have ordered the correct size with this new order. The process and products are great!

Placed an order November 2025. Order arrived and product was miserable, look like it was made in a sweat shop. Mokaloha would not accept return of items or refund 100%, negotiated a 40 % return and we would keep the items to give away. As of today March 7th 2026 we have never received a refund and they have not responded to any emails. They use the name "Kyle" in correspondance. Total SCAM!

Size charts are a bit confusing and in some cases the shirt chart is listed on the pants. Might be nice to know “if you usually wear ___ then you are a XXL” for example

Still waiting for a return/exchange and no response to my request for delivery date...has been well over 4 weeks. Buyer beware!

almost seems like a scam. More than one week after order confirmation and full payment, order not shipped. Several queries, the response “ we are urgently preparing”…. ridiculous if you ask me.
Pretending to be Hawaiian, products obviously sourced in China, and now, following 10 days since order and payment, no shipping confirmation.
Stay clear

Buyer beware! If you want to return an item, Mokaloha will not give you a 100% return. They will offer you a 30% return and "allow" you to keep the item you didn't want.
