Not standing by what was told to me. went to pay for the shipping back they did help with the shipping because he Dante told me that it would be $20 to ship but it was $125. Spent $188 they were only supposed to take out $36.38 for the shipping after the fact, they sent me only $$127
Called About the $127 because the math was not right The lady on the other end of the phone laughed in my face 10% restocking fee that was never told to me, called back talk to the manager name, Liz She was just as rude!!! If you need anything, do not buy it from them. They’re only there to scam the Elderly people and disabled!! Shame on you every one needs to report them to the ada I’m not the only one shame on you

In this case, the return was accepted as an exception since the item was originally non-returnable. As part of that exception, the return was subject to our standard restocking policy, which includes a 10% restocking fee. In addition, a prepaid return label was provided at a cost of $36.38 as a courtesy since the carrier was going to charge a lot more.
Upon inspection, the returned item was not received complete, as hardware components were missing. Because the item could not be resold as returned, an additional 5% restocking fee was applied in accordance with our policy for incomplete returns. These combined adjustments were applied before issuing the refund. We understand this was not the outcome you were expecting. The refund amount reflects the agreed return terms and the condition in which the item was received.
We also regret that any part of your phone experience felt unprofessional. That is not the standard we expect from our team, and it has been addressed internally.
At this point, the refund has been processed correctly based on the return conditions.
