This bag was delivered as promised, is very sturdy & roomy and easy to attach to the scooter.

Received the exact product I ordered. It came quick and was in working order.

I made a mistake in ordering a new battery for my Phoenix 3 scooter. Delivery was quick, but when I opened the box, I discovered that the batteries supplied did not fit in my battery box. My scooter is old and the scooter company has changed to new size in the past and replacement batteries are now much smaller. I contacted Monster customer service and they refunded my account within a few days. I am very pleased with the service by Lizette, the customer service manager.

I ordered a stock part on Wed. It is now the following Tuesday and I finally called and they pawned it off on "we are experiencing high order demand". Their web site pretty much says they will ship in 1-2 days.
After the phone call "it is waiting for a shipping label to print". Still can't tell me when it will ship only that it has been pulled and waiting the label. Not what I would call stellar response.
I got nothing about the delay from them until I called.
EDIT: according to their response, and the tracking update I got some time after I called, it should be here tomorrow. It appears it did ship when it was supposed to but they told me something else. If the part comes in and it is correct, I will come back and change my rating up to 4 stars.
Bad or miss-communications is a lot different than just not shipping when they should have.

EDIT #2: The handle they say is for an ew36 is not physically compatible. The mount hits the turn signal switch because it is too thick.
The handle casting and the reservoir are physically too big and don't fit under the cowling
The mirror mount doesn't line up to any bolt or hole. This is not for an ewheels ew36 as they state in the ad.
EDIT #3: "Customer service" is not much help for a part they claim it is "for an ew36" yet doesn't physically fit. Went round and round with them about how to make it fit and their only real solution was sent it back. They claim so many others say it works.. it will run the brakes, but you can't put the cowling back on. They had no clue how to modify the cowling to make it work. If the ad had said will work for an ew36 but requires modification, I would have been OK with that. The ad is very misleading and the company is of no help.
So I lowered the rating to one star. Very disappointed.
I have submitted a complaint with the BBB regarding the ad and its misleading description.
EDIT #4: The reply from Monster Scooter Parts is little to no help for my situation. However, regarding what they said, it is not advertised as an after market replacement. the ad says specifically "for an ew36". No where does it say it is not an OEM replacement or that is just doesn't physically fit. when you advertise something as "For xxx...." to a consumer that means it fits and works. My complaint to the BBB seeks a resolution of changing the wording on their ad to not be misleading. No money or refund is requested. Just stop misleading consumers.

On my original part and the first replacement I did the pot iron little piece on the end opposite the motor broke in half. Im so happy that part is stainless steel on your unit. Thankyou for making that change.

Delivery was quick and so far the 9AH battery is working great in my son's razor atv. Plan on purchasing again for my daughters razor moped. Glad we found monsterparts online and decided to purchase!
