I run Tutu Marketing, an advertising agency, and managed paid ads for Morty over the past several months. This review covers my own experience only and shared publicly in hopes someone can help us get us paid for what is owed.

We have yet to be paid for two months of work, August and September. This comes after earlier months were also paid late.

I've sent multiple messages and emails to the founder, Nora, about payment and haven't received a response recently, and I have records of all of it. Several times I sent one message covering both a payment follow-up and a work update. She'll reply to the work questions but not to the payment question. Again I have screenshots of this should I need to show.

This month I also came across a Reddit post in titled "Loan Officers claiming Morty not paying commissions." I can't verify it and I'm only speaking to my own situation, but given my experience I find it extremely concerning.

If you're considering working with this company in any capacity, do your due diligence.

If this gets resolved, I'll update this review. Until then, I'm doing what I'd want someone to do for me: sharing my experience so others can make an informed decision.

We recently closed on our home, a big thanks to Morty.com and our exceptional loan originator, Yunus Zengin. From start to finish, Yunus demonstrated not only professionalism and responsiveness, but also remarkable patience. Working with the Morty team was a pleasure. Their staff is exceptional.

I had a great experience from start to close with Morty, who helped me purchase a new build home. It was a tight timeline and we had a 6 month lock that was very competitive. I was appreciative of my closing associate Ebony Arendt in particular as she went above and beyond to ensure we stayed on track despite builder delays!

Excellent place for getting Home loan. The online account allows to customize different interest rate with loan cost, which is a very good feature that Morty offers. There is no hidden cost, they are very transparent. Finally the closing department is super helpful in preparing the documents and are in constant communication till the closing. I recommend Morty for any one that is looking for home loan.

The overall application process was easy to understand thanks to the clear information provided by the portal/website. The loan officer and closing agent are also easy to work with. The rate is unbeatable.
