Stay away
Stay away! They may offer you a good price, but that’s how they get you. They have me a great price and a 6-week approximate delivery window. I had no problem waiting the full six weeks because I got such a good price.
However, it’s now been almost one month past the six week window and I still have yet to receive my book. They claim it’s because the shipping company is backed up, but the bike have been sitting five hours from the destination for over a month, so I’m having a hard time buying that reason. They gave me a second estimated delivery window in which the bike also failed to be delivered.
When I call and talk to them about it, the person coordinating my shipment was not helpful and at times rude, but I appreciated talking to his boss. They also gave me a small refund for the delay after I asked for one, but when I asked for an additional refund after the second time they didn’t keep their word, they said they could not offer one.
Everything was great working with this company except actually getting my bike delivered and picked up.

We are happy your motorcycle has been delivered but we are just as disappointed as you to report that it was indeed late from our original targeted delivery timeframe. If there is one thing, we have learned from our past 27 years of service to our riders, it’s that mother nature has the ability to wreak havoc on the shipping / logistics industry during record setting winter months. We have, and will, continue to upgrade our systems to provide us with the latest weather forecasting, and road closure tools, to be able to provide our riders with the best approximate date ranges possible. Every other site I’ve visited is not directed to Motorcycles. Advertises yes but in selection just shows auto. Site was so easy to use . Would have liked screen confirmation after I gave card and info if transaction not just on email . But overall good site will be waiting for bike for final review .

We use a payment verification system to help protect our riders and clients during checkout. “Mismatch” errors come from the payment processing company when they are validating transactions. Your prices were inline with other quotes. However, you knew what the machine was, what was required to get it where it needs to go, plus the customer service was far better than anything else I experienced.
