Superior value-- had a bike transported 1500 miles and price was fair and delivery was faster than I could have hoped for. Highly recommend MTG for all transporting needs.

A very good company and great experience. We had a challenge to get 3 large trucks that don’t run from Wisconsin to Florida. The price was reasonable and they came on time and got the trucks delivered in just a couple of days. We couldn’t be more pleased.

I booked with monarch because the quote was so much more affordable then anyone else. After not returning texts or phone calls for 10 days, I was told I had to wait another week to cancel or they would charge me anyway. When a driver was finally found the price was double what I was quoted. I waited so long I had no other options. They sent me info confirming my driver after he'dpicked up my vehicle, they did not provide any updates throughout the process. I had to cash them for everything abs they'd state someone would call me back. No one ever did. Still no one has returned my call to confirm receipt and closeout. I received an update via email 3 days after my motorcycle was delivered and still no receipt. Would not be confident enough in this company to work with them again or recommend them to anyone. I'm only giving 2 stars because the driver of the local company was very professional and my bike was delivered. Beware of lack contact, information, updates, true quote prices, follow up info, receipts, basically everything you'd want to feel safe shipping a vehicle.

I will definitely 100% recommend monarch, for this particular shipment, the person they hired to transport. My vehicle was very professional, very kind, and I was checked in on the status of my particular vehicle being delivered to me.

At first Monarch told us they were unable to find what we needed so we contacted another transport company but lucky for us. Marnach then called us back saying they were ready to pick up the car that day. They picked up the car on time and delivered it quickly and perfect condition. We highly recommend them.

Will NEVER use this company again!! Horrible service!! I paid 300$ extra for a specific date pickup. They missed that date but still refused to refund the 300$ additional I paid. Delivered bike 3 days after said delivery date. Driver didn’t speak a bit of English. Bad business

Be careful, be very careful of bait in switch tactics I hired Monarch to transport a vehicle from Michigan to Vermont, roughly 800 miles. Monarch was quick to give me a fixed price and tell me they will handle everything, efficiently and effectively. I signed the agreement and paid their booking fee. That is about when the Customer Service from Monarch took a downhill turn. Five days after contract signing, they asked for a 40% increase in price because they were having trouble finding a carrier at the price they had quoted. I refused to agree to the increase and my vehicle sat for 6 more days. On the 11th day after signing the contract, I received a call from the Lead Dispatcher saying that he had found a carrier who could pick up the vehicle today and deliver it tomorrow, plus it would now be in an enclosed trailer as opposed to being on a open trailer. Monarch said this arrangement would be an additional $250. I reluctantly agreed to this extra fee but at least now I thought I would be getting the vehicle the following day and it would be an enclosed trailer. To my surprise, the vehicle was not picked up the same day nor was it delivered the next day. Furthermore, the enclosed trailer that was promised and paid for never came to be. So, consequently, I paid an extra $250 for no extra service than what was originally contracted. Here is the worst part. They ghosted me. They would not respond to my phone calls, text messages or emails as I attempted to understand why they did not honor what they said and I paid for. It seemed to me to be a classic bait and switch that I fell for lock, stock and barrel. So, be careful. Once you sign the contract, clause 5 says you will pay $149 even if you cancel before your vehicle is dispatched. The contract terms are 100% in favor of Monarch. I remain a very dissatisfied customer.

Monarch had always given me the best quotes in the past but now a deal went through and I had a vehicle to ship. Their quote was good for several days so I went to their website and booked the shipment. They don't charge your card until a driver has been assigned. The next day they called and said they had a driver ready but he wanted over $100 more than the quote. Wait a dang minute, you gave me a quote! You don't honor your quotes? "That's just an estimate based on recent shipments". I declined and they said they would try to find another driver. They called again the next day and said they had another driver but he wanted over $50 more than the quote. I'm pissed and declined again. What if I cancel the shipment? "You'll get charged a $129 cancellation fee". Where does it say on your website about the cancellation fee and the quotes are only estimates? "It's in your contract". You don't get to SEE the contract until AFTER you commit and they send it to you via email in a pdf. Four pages of fine print legal jargon. I finally agreed to get my vehicle on the way. Do your homework and be advised.

The communication was ok. When my motorcycle was delivered it was damaged. They were quick to respond and provide information on how to file a claim. The company that was hired has agreed to pay for the repairs.

Limited communications. Slow to respond to communication. Added $300 for motorcycle shipping days after the contract was signed. Their shipper, Lamy Trans LLC had even worse communication. Delivered 3 days late after 10 pm. Driver would not sign the delivery damage report included in Monarch's contract. Driver was sketchy and didn't leave my property for over an hour after delivery until I threatened to call the police. But it is was delivered so they get 2 stars.

Absolutely the worst transport company I have ever dealt with! We prepaid to move a customers camper from Delaware to Arizona. Given a 2 day window of pickup and no driver shows up. All that I get is text messages for a few days saying still trying to find a driver. A week later I finally get through to a human and they say that they will call me back in 10 minutes because the person who I was dealing with all I got was his voicemail. Good thing I didn't hold my breath because I'd be dead! Customer is screaming at me about their camper, and I'm the bad guy because I recommend going with Monarch. Never again. Stay far away!!

Pick up was easy, delivery was fast and was kept updated from booking to drop off. Would definitely use again in the future.

AMAZING company with FAST driver assignments and flawless, quick deliveries. Switched to Monarch after waiting 16 days with another shipping company (Shiply - stay away!) - after I made the switch, Monarch had a driver assigned WITHIN AN HOUR!

I hid them pick up a trike. I went on an auction in California and deliver it to Romeoville Illinois. Very pleasant people to deal with very straightforward. The best price I could get they were there. They picked it up for the following week and it was delivered to me in three days no issues so I would highly recommend them.

Fast turnaround time my motorcycle was delivered to the shop without a scratch or a flaw, and it was done in one day from Pennsylvania to Tennessee. Very happy customer customer service is great. There’s no guessing when stuff’s gonna happen. They get right back to you right away it’s worth the extra money to depend on these guys do the job for you. They find you a driver fastest can be and everything is insured and you have peace of mind.

Very satisfied with Monarch. Had a boat shipped from Michigan to Arizona. It took them a few days to find a driver, but they did and it was delivered on a day I wanted. It did arrive a few hours later than the transportation people told me, but that is not on Monarch as they don’t control traffic. It did cost 150 more than they initially quoted me, as unfortunately between the time I got the quote and the time they got a driver war stated in the middle east and gas prices shot up overnite. Monarch took 50 off their fee, and I didn’t consider the little extra out of line all things considered, my boat was picked up and arrived on a day of my choosing. I used them on recommendation from a friend who had a couple motorcycles and a car shipped with them. Someone always answered my call or called me back, and I was able to talk to the actual transporter anytime I called for an update. Monarch charges their brokerage (finders) fee when shipping actually occurs, and you pay the driver by cash, certified check, Venmo…I would give them 4.5 as sometimes their communication was a touch late, as in I knew the boat was picked up before I got their notification, same with delivery. That’s not an option and my experience was good and smooth so 5 it is.
