Contacted mr Davies after being cautioned after a child jumped into the path of my vehicle.
Very understanding supportive and informed me kf the next stages.
A most delightful helpful and very experienced in this situation.

While in the end we fortunately did not need to instruct Caddick Davies, we contacted the team to discuss how to avoid a possible disqualification due to new driver rules. From start to finish, and after a free consultation, Caddick Davies were calm, reassuring, set realistic expectations, and were there if we had any questions. While I hope to never need their services again in future, I know who we will call upon if the need ever arises. Fantastic firm.

Great experience, and really glad I used Caddick Davies.

The case handler was swapped, but this was a positive for me as the original one wasn't half as organised as the replacement.

Niamh was great from the start all the way through to the follow up call after the hearing. Always professional, and helpful.

Louis who represenred me on the day was all you could ask for really. Eased me into, great explinations and delivered clearly in the court room. Came dressed the part and certainly made the difference on the day.

Between the two, there is no hesitation that my sentance was reduced from a ban to points and a fine. A well compiled and detailed mitigation that was examined and narrowed down perfectly to have maximum impact on the magistrates.

I can’t thank Caddick Davies enough for the support they gave me during an extremely stressful time. I was facing a court hearing for driving without due care and attention, and I was extremely worried about the possibility of losing my licence.

Had great service , before i even chose caddick davies as my defence team, Lien case handler was so helpful and supportive in every way possible which is what convinced me to choose them. I called several other solicitors who were far more expensive as well as being unhelpful and blunt.
Then before court date i got my solicitor Raihana who was simply amazing, she guided me through the process and prepared me so well. I won my hardship case thanks to Raihana and lien .
