Holly was simply amazing. Rang the firm for some advice and holly rang me back within seconds baring in mind it’s a Friday evening. My wife was charged withe the offence of "using a mobile phone while driving a motor vehicle". The vehicle was actually stationary and the phone was touched for only a few seconds and was not used (the screen was not touched, nor was the phone used to make/receive a call, nor was it used to read/send a message). The advice provided in the initial discussion with Laura Farrell was excellent and completely balanced. This advice was provided free of charge and was enormously helpful. The whole case from start to finish was smooth and quite stressful for me , but Tom made things alot easier going through everything step by step and what I needed to do .
