The car was exactly as described. On pick up the condition was emaculate and smelt absolutely gorgeous inside. The level of customer service at motor range is fantastic and its clear to see that the staff genuine want you to help there customers .

My experience with this dealership has been extremely disappointing and, without doubt, the worst car-buying experience I have ever had.

The problems started on the day I collected the vehicle. Both keys were faulty, and I was told they would be fixed within a week. That promise was never kept.

Just one week after purchasing the vehicle, the engine warning light came on. I returned to the dealership on numerous occasions, but instead of properly diagnosing and repairing the fault, I was repeatedly told to drive the car on the motorway at around 50 mph in fourth gear, as this would supposedly solve the problem. It never did.

From then on, the vehicle developed one fault after another, including repeated engine warning lights, suspension and shock absorber issues, a loose exhaust, service warnings, electrical faults, and other recurring problems. There were months when I had to return to the dealership three or even four times because the same faults kept coming back or new ones appeared shortly after every repair.

The most unacceptable part was that the dealership kept my vehicle for four months, from 17 March until 17 July. After waiting all that time, I was told the vehicle had been repaired. However, almost immediately after collecting it, the same faults returned yet again, along with new ones.

This has caused my family and me months of inconvenience, stress, wasted time, and a complete loss of confidence in both the vehicle and the dealership. We paid a significant amount of money expecting a reliable vehicle and professional after-sales service. Instead, we have spent months chasing repairs with no permanent solution.

I cannot recommend this dealership based on my experience. I sincerely hope they improve both the quality of their vehicles and, more importantly, the way they treat customers after the sale. Unfortunately, our experience has left us feeling completely let down.

Motor range salesman and managers were all very polite. Professional .and listened to our requirements. Didnt try to PUSH a vehicle on us. Went a couple of times before we picked a car. Bought several cars from motor range.

So upsetting daughters 1st car which she has saved for ! Its broken down after 8 weeks motor range want £75 just to check what's wrong with it ! Apparently its warranty has run out after 30 days ! We were not given the opportunity to extend! So now what do we do ? Its just sat on our drive ! Honestly motor range have you got no conscience!

Awful customer service!

Don't respond to complaints at all - I have put 3 separate complaints in over the last 8 weeks over an ongoing problem and have now had to go to the ombudsman as motor range have told my finance company that everything has been resolved.

No pressure sales. Allowed time to think about the purchase without feeling rushed.

I was let down by Motor Range before I even got to see a car. On their website, they boast that you can complete a free soft search or arrange finance in minutes using their deal builder tool. Unfortunately, this isn't true. I filled out the form on Saturday at 2:00 PM, expecting the promised instant result. Instead, I just got a message on the screen saying someone would contact me. Nobody called. I don't usually like receiving sales calls, but this time I was actually waiting for one. Making promises about getting things sorted in "minutes" and then completely failing to follow up is a very poor business practice that effectively puts you off buying from them.

Matt at Liverpool was excellent, couldn’t fault his customer service, knowledge of cars and overall quality of service.

Matthew made it all very easy, great service. Would definitely recommend 👌
