Was great experience. Came in looking for a car and a test drive and Mark walked me through everything.
Car was fully inspected and any issues it had got rectified. Would recommend

Bought my first car with Ben, he was brilliant and explained everything I needed to know. Everyone at the garage couldn’t be more helpful, I 100% recommend coming here for a car. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Initial sales care is great. After care not so much!

Bought a car which had some marks and a crack in it, Ben had all of that sorted and an apparent full respray of front and back bumper. He also sold me an autoglym package which he said was retailing at £500 and said he’d do it for £200 and ensure the car received a life shine treatment before it was handed over to me. I received it with an almost empty tank of fuel, the tyre pressure screen was on stating all 4 tyres were at different pressures despite Ben stating it had 4 new tyres and all had been checked followed by an AA. Ben assured me the tyre pressure monitor would rectify itself, it did not so I had to adjust all of the tyre pressures myself. Ben told me the AA check was covered in the price on my initial visit then later charged me extra for it when I collected the car. The car was also handed over with no log book, Ben handed me a cheque and a form for a new V5C which he asked me to post myself from the post office near by so I did, to which got rejected and sent back to me in the post as their Cheque was wrong. It took me roughly 8 weeks of contacting Ben and Nigel and speaking with other various men at motor trust about this. Initially Ben lied and said he had sent another cheque in the post. When I later spoke to another man two weeks later (name not known) over the phone he said that isn’t true as they’re not allowed to send cheques in the post. He asked me to email them with the letter I’d received from the DVLA so I did this and still got no response so chased it again the following week to be spoken to in a rude manner by another male member of staff and at this point it seemed no one wanted to help. It’s only when I went through the website online chat that they sent me the money direct to my bank account for the V5C application. They also hadn’t put my front number plate on properly, it was stuck on with double sided sticky tape to which I raised a concern about with Ben who assured me he’d find a garage near me (an hour away from Garstang) for me to take it to for them to screw it on properly as it had fallen off twice and was damaged whilst I was out driving and he said he would send me a new number plate in the post. 4 months later I’ve still not received it!

I paid 17k+ cash for this car and the aftercare wasn’t great at all. I’ve also had the car fully valeted on a regular basis by a professional valet company who have been in the business for years and he’s said he doesn’t believe a lifeshine treatment has been put on the car, he said there was a thick waxy substance coating the car which took a few cleans to come off.

I had high hopes as a female cash buyer for this place after my first visit but it seems as soon as they received my money they were less than interested in ironing out any issues from their side and failed to return calls on numerous occasions.

Ben asked me to leave a 5 star review before I took the car. What followed was terrible customer service and after care, they don't give a monkeys once you've walked out the door.
Rang multiple times to get an interior part fixed as I brought it up whilst buying the car. Didn't pick the car up for over a week so had enough time to get the part and get it fixed.
Drove the car away and told to ring to sort out getting the part fixed, rang a few times and now emailed to get the part fixed as the customer service once driven away is terrible.
Doesn't fill me with confidence to return as a customer in the future the lack of communication and follow up action.

Once it was ready was told he was putting extra fuel in to which the petrol light came on as I got on to the motorway
Then I realised the tracking was also way out which was the reason I was waiting on that day
Not a good start
I rang nigel who could only apologise and told me to book it into a garage near me and they would pay for it
Was hoping for a better experience
They were fine at the end saying any more problems just ring them and they would sort it out
Let’s hope I don’t have to
They are a good set of lads not pushy and will put you at ease

Cannot fault the team here, I'm not very good with the finance side of it all,however they explained to me really well and made sure I was looked after, when I arrived to collect the vehicle it was quick and effortless and I drove away with a smile, the valeting side was also spot on high quality all in all a fantastic service

I reserved an Audi Rs7 with motor trust uk , after several issues with the car and almost a month wait before It was road worthy, my finance agreement had expired and now general manager Nigel refuses to refund me my £744 deposit, contradicting what the salesman Morgan had told me. Possibly the worst customer experience I’ve ever encountered.

Dealt for years with these guys great service great value wouldn’t go anywhere else
They let you look at your leisure and are always on hand to help and answer any questions
