Why so many negative feedbacks?
I ordered Lizzie McGuire from Moviesrusa, full well knowing their disclaimer that they are a licenced, After Production distribution type of media. Their covers may not be movie release quality, but the cover art isn’t that bad.
It took a few days to be sent out, and received it a few days after that. Either way, the discs played fine, quality of picture was good, and im a happy customer.
Will be buying from them again. Thanks Joe!

I ordered from this MoviesRUSA and I purchased a Dvd on March 14th and still haven't received my product. He didn't even send me a tracking number, but kept lying saying that he did. When I emailed him regarding the issue. He threatened me and was very unprofessional and disrespectful.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS GUY. ITS A SCAM.

The Expanse series 1- 3 - Shi*ty bootleg advertised as original. washed up cover, printed on home printer and home - burned BR-D. only stereo track offered and freezes immediately. Obviously, I demanded a refund, but no reply.

This was the only vendor offering a certain TV series. I was very excited to find it. After purchase I waited a couple weeks for the item to appear. After the 2nd week I checked tracking and realized the item was returned to sender. When I mentioned this to the owner he promptly told me it was my fault and blocked me. No refund option obviously.

Joe's a great, honest guy, burning hard-to-find films on DVD/BluRay for people who want them. Sure, maybe the covers don't exactly look like they came from Sony, but they always look nice and the discs I've got have always worked perfectly!

Do not do business with this company.
I paid a good price for this show that I found nowhere else. When I got it, it is clearly a home burned set of Blu-Ray disks that have no professional menu or operating system. The package was clearly home printed and cut to fit as someone else mentioned, and has no bar code.

I had been looking for the "Henry Danger" DVD for a while. I finally found it on Movies R USA as available. I have never heard of this site and reading some reviews I was skeptical. My expectations were exceeded-speedy service from start to finish (5 days), perfect digital picture, happy kids. Thank you Joe. If needed, I will be using him again.

I ordered the complete series of Dragon Tales as I could not find it anywhere else. Whoever runs the website made it abundantly clear with the disclaimer on the main page of the website that they are a post production producer of their products. Im not sure if it is all of them, but I assure everyone thats exactly the kind of product I received. It came in less than a week, like 4 days if that. I put it in my player immediately and its exactly what I wanted. There is even a menu to select which episode you want to watch. I will definitely be using this website again. Great selection, great products, great service. Its legit.

Purchase a movie from them through an online marketplace. Was skeptical but could not find the Blu-Ray anywhere else. Made Purchase, Fast Ship.

Movie was better than expected. I have now added their website to my bookmarks. I will be buying more movies from them!

Best company I ever bought from. Fast friendly service for films you just cannot find anywhere.
Package arrived within Two days which is faster than Amazon these days.

He's not the most honest at sending you a Blu-ray for free, When he himself has got your order wrong not very helpful and not good at answering questions so not the most helpful Joe is to customers or honest sadly also postage charges are very high on his site!!!

Was sent the wrong dvd, sent an email about the problem, never heard back. Stay away from this site!

Not sure about some of these negative reviews. I decided against listening to them, and ordered anyway. So glad I did!
I bought a couple of 4k’s, and a couple of blue rays and a DVD. The picture quality was Phenomenal on the 4k, however, one of the older DVD’s quality was low.. I expected that considering it was explained in the description I read before I bought it… still a great find though!
Oh, and my items were at my doorstep in 4 days!

I ORDER'D STARWARS (THE PHANTOM MENACE 3D) I RECIEVED A BOOTLEG VERSION IN 2D. I RETURNED IT TO THE PO BOX ADDRESS JOE PROVIDED. THEY SAID THEY NEVER GOT IT AND NEVER RETURNED MY $ 35.00. OR RETURN MY EMAILS, I FOUND THROUGH RESEARCH THIS MOVIE WAS NEVER RELEASED IN 3D BLU RAY BY LUCAS OR DISNEY STUDIOS. 3D COPIES NEVER EXISTED, ONLY 2D. BOOTLEG COPY AT TOP DOLLER! NO REFUND!! NEVER AGAIN!

I purchased a couple items a few months ago. When they arrived (quite quickly) I found I had received one TV series correct and one movie that was wrong movie.
It took a number of e mails back and forth but Joe got it corrected. He told be to keep wrong movie, but I shipped it back. Took awhile to write review as I saw they were rebuilding site. Thanks Joe

I purchased 24 the complete series on Blu Ray, I decided to binge watch the series but when I got to disc 6 of season 6. It turned out to be disc 4 of the Lone Ranger tv series. I contacted Joe to get a replacement disc and we are 3 months into this nightmare. On their website it states that they would be happy to replace defective disc. Out of the 5 times that Joe was to supposed to have sent the replacement disc to me , only one showed up and it was the same disc issue. That one I did get a tracking number. The other he claims to have sent out the replacement disc. I got no tracking number. Joe even Bragg's about "being in business 10 years and a couple of dissatisfied customer experiences , so what they are not going anywhere "

Great customer service And friendly staff. Items are delivered on time and they carefully package each item. In short moviesrusa remains awesome while streaming services help a beached whale make it to shore and hire a photographer to manage their selfies.

I ordered a movie I never thought I'd find Shelly Long's version of Freaky Friday which I didn't know if it was on a DVD. I was scared it would be really bad quality, but it was good. I wish the price was a little less though for something I will watch once.

Movies R USA is totally unresponsive to inquiries, and does not provide sufficient and accurate product descriptions in their listings. They are not flexible to customer issues and are incongruent in their return policy vs their actual practices. Their restocking fee is "up to 50%". They charged me for the same item twice and claimed I made the transaction.
Updated Feb.4th 2023: I noticed one positive review on the website. it reads almost like an exact copy and paste from the content of moviesrusa.net. Customers, look it up and see for yourself. You'll see what I mean. It was actually written by "Joe", the one who supposed owns moviesrusa.net, esp. about the "be polite and they will resolve your issue" phrase. Word for word. Creepy, isn't it, how sneaky some scammers operate?
UPDATE Feb.7th,2023: Joe, owner of MoviesRUSA.net is b.s. customer service, continues to scam me by charging me for duplicates, not accepting a return. Movies R USA is the definition of business hypocrisy and deceptive moral ethics in practice. BUYER BEWARE!
