Delivery was exceptional
Denis the delivery driver was outstanding, he was informative about his arrival time which was punctual. Denis assisted with the delivery and ensued I was happy. Simply the best service I’ve ever had.

I currently have quickly growing grass , but no mower, because the one you sent me has no throttle control & has had to go to Lloyds for the Hayter warranty. I cannot apparently expect to get it back till sometime next week.

We do apologise for the damage during delivery on your mower, our team contacted you within 24 hours of delivery to aim to resolve it, and your local dealer is the quickest resolution for such a fix. Unfortunately we cannot how the mowers are handled by couriers once they leave us, and we are discussing your case with them.
We do always aim to offer a quick solution to these situations, and with this case requiring a technician to fix, your nationwide Hayter Warranty will be the best solution.
We apologise for the damage caused, hopefully the working machine will be back to you quickly.
