Horrible experience with this platform.

I wish I could say something, but most of the comments have told everything.

DON'T TRUST YOUR MONEY OR TIME WITH THESE THIEVES.

Nice way to make your money MrsMaple, by cheating people.

This platform is a complete scam. They are blatantly stealing people's money.

Don't waste your time or money here. It's a total rip-off

I deeply regret opening an account with these scammers.

Horrible experience. They put a 10x playthrough on your packages (which they fail to mention before purchase) knowing that you’ll tap through every dollar before it’s satisfied. I had a redemption kicked back after a week only to say I haven’t satisfied a $500 playthrough on 50 sweeps coins. 100% scam and they should be ashamed. Moneys no issue for me but I dislike thieves and shady business agreements .

I withdrew $232.98 on 10/30/26 and still haven't got my money that I won to my bank account. Until they deposit it to my account I will leave it as 1 star.

This is my second experience with redemption I just put in a redemption. I’m hoping it will go as fast and smooth as my first one! Will update my stars when transaction completes!

Yeah this is a scam I purchased a 25 dollar welcome pack and then won and tried to verify the company said my verification was successful however the site said it wasn’t upon trying to log back in I realized my account hav been deleted

This site is dishonest, you get robbed, when you buy very well and when you redeem your account is deleted. What annoyed this platform or less people know about it is a scam.

THIS IS A SCAM SITE. I tried to redeem. My verification was pending. The next day, my account had been deleted. Can’t access the account. Money is gone.

Horrible site. Company is not following its own T&C terms on their site regarding redemption.

Phone number listed on site does not work
Facebook messenger gets no responses
Email responses take days, just to get a Ai response.

Very quick to take my money, but payouts seem non existant.

Predatory practices - I'd recommend staying clear of this new SC site. They use their terms and conditions selectively to take away all bonus SC. I played through multiple packs, and then they cancelled my redemption after it had been processing for well over two weeks and sent an email stating I had "violated terms".

This is dishonest, knowing a customer wouldn't have purchased these packs without the bonus SC. They basically tried to not pay out their bonus offer. I asked them for a resolution by 5pm ET today, requesting they refund all my purchases otherwise I will need to go to my bank for a solution.

I cannot recommend Mrsmaple - slow redemptions, poor offers, and selective interpretation of their policies (clearly against their customer's favor). This is not how you attract, or retain customers on a new site. Communication with support is slow. Redemptions are slow. I do not recommend this site.
