Horrible quality, worse customer service

I bought an engagement ring from this company 9 months ago, and it’s already showing major damage from normal wear. For something meant to last a lifetime, that’s completely unacceptable.

We’ve been in contact with their customer service team — which takes forever to respond — and after all the back-and-forth, their final answer was that “the only effective way to restore the ring’s integrity is to completely rebuild the setting and prongs.” After just nine months. That says everything you need to know about the quality.
Worse, they expect us to pay for the repair. Charging a customer to fix your own product failure is unacceptable.

My wife works in marketing, so we understand how much effort they put into influencer campaigns. But no amount of marketing can make up for poor craftsmanship and slow, unhelpful support.

This ring was supposed to last a lifetime. I regret buying from this company and would not recommend them to anyone for anything more than costume jewelry

Laughable quality, terrible customer service

I’ve had my ring for 9 months. 3 prongs are gone and I had to have it fixed by an external jeweller one month out from my wedding to due to the lack of responsibility taken by their customer service team.

The products are beautiful ONCE you receive them!
Customer communication and follow up is lacking unfortunately. I have purchased 3 pieces Since July 2, 2025. First 2 were stuck in a shipping hold via their shipper, no movement for 7 days. One I had paid expedited shipping for, only to find out it was being shipped from China and I had to pay a duty on it to be released. Still waiting for the 3rd and final piece that was shipped July 22nd and status remains the same with the shipper as of 7/30/2025. Pending receipt from merchant. SMH.

I ordered a ring for my wife…

I ordered a ring for my wife for our first anniversary. The day it was due to be delivered I received an email saying it was at my house. Unfortunately it was not at my hose. I contacted USPS and filed a lost package claim. I also raeched out to MSBLUE. They responded shortly after that they would do everything on their end to help find it. The package showed up the next day. What I took away from this experience was how quickly MSBLUE responded and their concern about my one order. They were FIRST CLASS the entire time. From email updates until the order was received. Can not recommend them enough.

So I haven’t ordered yet I am really tempted to, but I just want to make sure the rings are good quality before I spend 2k. I am interested in a 14k gold ring and I just want to make sure that people don’t have problems with the gold fading or chipping. As I always shop at pandora I have been having issues with the bottom of my ring fading and turning my finger green. I just want to make sure this is not a common issue at Ms blue.

Horrible customer service …

I bought mine and my wife’s ring from MSBlue in January of 2024. I have the 8mm wedding band “sterling silver”. But it is Gold Plated in fake ass white gold that has chipped and flaked. I’m not in construction and don’t use lotions. This is horrible customer service. They basically blamed it on the fact that ALL of their sterling silver is plated which was NEVER stated on their website! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. POS ring they sold.

I purchased 2 rings on January 20

I purchased 2 rings on January 20, 2025 there was absolutely no communication whatsoever about processing, shipping NOTHING. After multiple failed attempts to get some kind of update, I finally get a notification that I'm receiving a package from China. My rings arrived February 18, 2025. I wore my rings for a week and noticed chipping, like paint was chipping off and discoloration where the chip was. They kept pressing me to write a review so I did. They reached out to me right away wanting to fix my rings for free. My rings were delivered to a location here in the US on March 11, 2025. I've reached out for updates and get a generic response and today I checked the website and they removed my review.
Welp! There's a $250 lesson learned.

I am sorry to say that I was not impressed with the custom ring I purchased. It looks poorly made in person. The stones are much smaller in person. Nevertheless, as my grandmother use to say, I bought this lesson. It was still a pleasure doing business with you.
